This place was perfect! Great proximity to the beach, especially considering it is a pet-friendly home. And, close to town if we needed anything. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The beach was not the least bit crowded, and we had beautiful weather. We loved the layout of the house and how spacious it is. Plenty of everything for comfort and for a home away from home! The instructions were clear and posted in multiple places. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Definitely a place we would stay again and again! Thank you for a perfect vacation!

We love this house! This is our third time staying here and it never disappoints! It is right next door to our granddaughter and her family that lives in Opp, so it is very convenient. The outside patio is huge and the kids love playing out there! We had some great family time and the weather was perfect to be outside.

This was a wonderful home that had lots of love exhibited in the furnishings. The host was very kind and helpful with tips as well as providing extra amenities that were very thoughtful. The cheesecake was over the top and added to our family celebration. She gave clear instructions for cooling the home and for ease of check out. Beautiful location (enjoyed the flowers and herbs) and lake view with awesome sunrises. Great to swim off the dock and spend time with family. We would happily come back next year!

We were in town for High School graduation. Location was perfect to visit with family. The house was a great place to relax and unwind after all the activities! Thanks Dave for always making us feel welcome.

This has been our favorite Airbnb stay so far. I am thankful we got the opportunity to stay here. Everything we could have needed was provided. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets on the deck. It was so enjoyable to watch the boats go by on the river. We caught fish off the bottom deck, and also enjoyed kayaking. We would love to stay here again sometime.

We had a great time staying at Martin’s place! The inside was beautiful and clean. All of the appliances were working well and the area is very peaceful. Martin was also super friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

What an amazing house. Quiet neighborhood, nice location. We come for a graduation. This place was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Stores are 5-10 mins away. Beach is about 20-30 mins. Lots to do. Kevin was fast to respond if we needed to talk to him. Deck needs some help. Maybe update it. Some pieces were broken or about to break if you walked on them. We had to put markers on spots & move the table to feel a little safer with spots. If you want to BBQ, make sure you go fill the tank. It was empty Only thing we would have liked is more back yard activities. Big beautiful backyard & nothing to do. Maybe they will think about adding a fire pit & patio, pool/hot-tub & outdoor games. (Big TikTacToe, Chess) The rock walkway, a little dangerous. I almost fell & so did my parents. Not to safe. We took garbage out on garbage day. Washed n dried all towels & bedding, dishes cleaned n put away. Garbage to the cans. We highly recommend this house. It’s nice for a big family

The place is absolutely lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. Mike was an amazing host. We love meeting his dog and our dog enjoyed playing with him. It was nice to be able to sit around a big table and have meals together with my family. Our trip was there for a graduation for my daughter and it was the perfect place for all of us. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this cute apartment in the gated community. Great restaurants all walkable. Free parking and super easy instructions. Pamela was awesome and always quick to respond. The place was perfect. Had loads of extra amenities like toothpaste, kitchen utensils, sauces etc etc. Highly recommended and will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you

Lawrence was an excellent host!The apartment was equipped and comfortable and I was able to use the cargo lift to bring my luggage upstairs. Streaming channels were also available. We enjoyed our stay and I would stay again when visiting the area. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at his apartments.

Nice clean peaceful cabin near a beautiful state park with great hiking. The hose was proactive and very responsive when a minor problem cropped up. Would definitely stay there again when I'm in town.

We had a fantastic stay here! We booked a last minute one-night stay for Memorial Day, and Jessie’s place did not disappoint. It was perfect for us and our pup! The bed was cozy, we loved the backyard and enjoyed being so close to downtown and easily popped over for dinner and a walk, and coffee the next morning! Jessie was easy to work with and was so helpful in working with us on a late departure time since there were no guests coming in the next day. Thank you, Jessie, for being a great host - we can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

We stayed in this unit for one night and it accommodated our needs. Amy was very responsive and communicated all instructions clearly. Upon entering the unit it smelled extremely clean and the appearance supported that. Assigned parking would be a plus but other than that a wonderful stay.

It was great! Quaint little hideaway close to great restaurants & parks. Perfect for walks in a beautiful part of the city. I would highly recommend it! Emma was very quick to get back to me & very helpful! A great place to stay!

We had a relaxing time at Ania and Kesha's place. It's a cozy little place with many amenities we we're able to take advantage of. We're glad we chose to stay at their place during our honeymoon.

Excellent location. Beautiful views. Great accessibility to the beach/pool. It was a great space to have with our family with little ones. The back porch was AWESOME! Would certainly stay here again.

Loved this beachfront condo. Very clean and neat. Super nice furnishings and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds are soooo comfortable. We also loved the huge balcony overlooking the beach. And, the fitness center, swimming pools, racquet courts, etc. are all in great condition. Very relaxing week on the water.

Was as described and very comfortable for my family. Roomy and spacious so my teens could have their own space, as myself as well. Spent morning eating breakfast on the balcony waking up to the waves.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend at Sand in My Boots! Great location and easy to access.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 405. Check-in was easy and Diane checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with everything upon arrival. The condo was clean, nicely stocked (the beach towels and chairs/umbrellas were a definite plus) and very comfortable. We enjoyed the gulf view from the balcony and direct access to the beach. Thanks for sharing your condo with us! We made some great memories together during our stay on our annual girl’s trip!

Stayed for 4 nights during sand in my boots festival and were extremely surprised at how lovley and clean the condo was. Was also in a great location to be able to walk back from the festival. The condo was lovley and modern and had a publix/walmart a few minutes walk away. Would definitely stay again.
