Thanks for looking at my listing. The "Hamilton Beach House" Is newly refurbished and ready for your family's great vacation. We have redone the entire house inside, top to bottom! New paint, flooring, furniture, fixtures, electronics, mattresses, linens, housewares and more. We will not rent this house to anyone under the age of 26. This is such a beautiful and well maintained home in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The owners thought of everything from kitchen amenities and bathroom supplies to nice extras for the beach. Our family immediately felt at ease in this clean and spacious home. A lot of thought was put thought into every detail. One of my favorite things was the early mornings spent on the balcony. This was the perfect place for our family to come together around the table for dinner and games but equally as perfect for us to rest and relax in our own space. Another positive was its central location to a local grocery store and some fabulous local seafood eateries. If you want to avoid overcrowded streets, this is the place for you! We have stayed in many homes over the years and this one is a favorite. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

This is a great place in a great location, we loved that the beach in this area is only frequented by those staying in the area. Awesome house, all amenities are great. You can stand on the deck and look one way and see Mobile Bay and look the other and see the Gulf of whatever-you-want-to-call-it-now. Here are some observations that may seem like criticism, but they are just observations and I think good-to-know items: You know how some Airbnbs will have a bunch of stuff to give you the lay of the land and local places and restaurants to hit? You won't find that here. No problem, it's an investment property and it is not somebody's baby or labor of love. Not a knock at all. The second thing is while the amenities were great, supplies were...well...in short supply. There was one dish detergent pack. No laundry soap. No tissues. < a roll of toilet paper. No paper towels. There were coffee filters and disposable cups. We didn't mind. Awesome place!

Loved this place! Each of the 3 bedrooms had their own full bathroom which was wonderful! Plenty of bath towels. Kitchen was the best-stocked kitchen of any AirBNB we’ve ever rented: tons of pots and pans, plates, silverware and anything else we needed was right there in the kitchen. Our favorite part of our stay was the condos being right on the beach. I don’t believe there is a public access to this huge section of beach and it showed… we walked miles up and down the coast and maybe went past a dozen couples/families. We drove down to a public beach to see it and what a difference—packed down there! We toured Fort Gaines (highly recommended) and went to the cute little aquarium on the island. We were lucky to see a dolphin swimming in the gulf off the boardwalks behind the aquarium. Loved our stay and hope to come back someday. It was the perfect quiet retreat! Anna was very responsive when we had a couple of questions during our stay. Definitely recommend her as a host.

This was the perfect spring break! The covered dock in the back was a peaceful place to sit. The beach house was perfect and very clean. My girls loved the bikes. My husband loved that the beach was within walking distance and so was the ice cream shop. We loved every moment and we will definitely return soon.
