The Carriage house is locate on a fabulous property. You will enjoy your visit. If you have a dog the dog will enjoy the giant lawn in front of the carriage house. The grounds around the carriage house are beautiful. I will stay in Pasadena many times in the future and hope I will be lucky enough to enjoy the carriage house. The Carriage house has a microwave, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. It also has a large screen TV.

The host goes out of her way to accommodate anything you could possibly need or even desire! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked in making this a comfortable and accessible home. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this ADA-compliant house. The house is thoughtfully designed with a lower-level bedroom with a lift, an accessible bathroom, and ramps at the front door making it easy for everyone to enjoy their time here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need, and the open living area has plenty of seating for our entire group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was top of the line. The outdoor space was equally inviting, with a large patio, koi pond, large jacuzzi, gas fire pit, and bikes available to ride.

Staying at the Cozy Cottage was an amazing experience! I booked the cabin for a weekend trip as a Valentine’s Day present, and our stay there was perfect. Mary Ann & Chuck were both very helpful, they guided us to an alternate route to the cabin to avoid an icy/snowy hill, and made sure we got there okay. As far as the cabin itself goes, there’s really nothing bad to say. The heaters upstairs and downstairs work great, and they work fast. You don’t need to go above 68° to really feel warm. The water pressure & heat in the shower is great, the bathroom’s immaculately clean, and very well-themed! The master bedroom is also very well put together. Everything is labeled, but non-obstructively; you only see them when you need them! We made sure to follow the guide & instructions in welcome packet & introductory e-mail, and we had no questions. Check-out was very flexible, and the amenities are amazing. Make sure to sign the guest book if you visit :) 10/10!!

Such a beautiful, cozy cottage. Just as described, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels and very comfortable beds. Beautiful setting with a lovely view, very private with access to the hot tub and pool. On sight massage and other spa treatments if you so choose were an incredible bonus. Kristin is very kind and professional. You will not be disappointed.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like you are in the middle of the forest . Is small but just enough for a couple and has all you need. The view is breathtaking and the sunrise is incredible.Lisa made our stay very memorable. We will come back

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, and we felt completely at home. The location is perfect - quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and checking out all of the beautiful houses. The bungalow was very well-equipped with everything we needed. My only issue (which was only mine) was that cabinets were really high up for me (I’m only 5’0), but wasn’t an issue for my much taller daughter. The patio was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting So. Cal.

Nicely laid out space. Plenty of room for 4 people and 2 dogs. All surfaces were clean and easy to clean. So many toys to use for the beach. Bikes, boogie boards, chairs and a wagon. Made it so much easier to pack. Great to have a laundry space. Parking was easy. Entering the place was easy. Ernie was very communicative. Loved the place. Will. Be back.

Great little house. Super cute. I will caution anyone who wants a soft bed, this is not the place for you. The beds are incredibly firm and make for tough sleeping if you’re a softer bed type. My husband would have loved the beds.

Great place very welcoming the host were great we got to the cabin early and were able to do early check in which was amazing definitely loved the experience and will be booking here again!

Kelly’s house is beautiful my family and I loved it very peaceful. The view is amazing. House is exactly like the pictures kitchen/bathroom was fully stocked. I would definitely book again.

10/10 stars 🌟 This space was so beautiful, peaceful, and had everything you could think of for a wonderful stay. I was so at home, appreciated being able to cook my own meals and loved that it was dog friendly. Mary was so sweet, kind, and responsive. She is a fantastic host who truly thought of everything to make this stay above and beyond. We would absolutely stay again. The oranges from the garden were an extra plus! So delicious!

J C were gracious host. They would keep checking in if we needed anything. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in lake arrowhead.

Amy’s place was perfect for my visit to LA. Well located in Glendale, it was an easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. I took Lyft/Uber to visit friends in nearby neighborhoods like Echo Park, Burbank, and Highland Park—Glendale being fairly central made that super convenient. The guest house was well equipped and had everything I needed. Amy was really friendly and responsive. Would totally recommend!!

Citrus Cottage was what I was hoping for and more. The location was perfect for a visit with our Chapman student, very easy to get to campus and to the Orange Circle, plus it felt private and very safe. Christina and Daniel were very friendly and helpful, so many extra touches. The house was just as pictured and the backyard area was amazing, we enjoyed many hours in the sun in the private area behind the cottage. We loved being there and cannot wait to return. Thank you Christina and Daniel for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.

Nice little cottage in a nice neighborhood in a nice town. Very friendly hosts and a very well-maintained cottage. Great stay.

Craig was friendly, helpful, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. The Airbnb was exactly what I needed for a solo trip, and the location was quiet despite being only a few blocks south of the busiest part of Hollywood. I highly recommend staying here.

Kind hosts. Thoughtful. The space aligned with my whole being perfectly. Clean. Spacious. Big door windows, spaces outside to relax, meditate, eat, daydream. All appliances worked. A solid workspace. I was escaping home renovations and had a lot of consulting work to do during my stay. It was the perfect accommodation for my needs. And the view reminded me of childhood in LA. You won’t go wrong with this place.

what a wonderful stay! beautifully appointed with EVERY amenity we could want--we loved the soothing sounds of ocean and stream! our cottage was cozy, yet thoughtfully planned with unbelievable spaces for all our things. Brenda's cottage is so conveniently located to all, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. this might be our best Airbnb experience yet--hoping to stay again on our next visit to the Santa Ana area! mahalo Brenda!

A very modern and private guest house! Joel provided very clear and detailed instructions regarding location on maps, Check in/check out , WiFi, and parking as well as recommendations.Upon arrival check in was super easy! Very clean and spotless! Location was also a big plus! Highly recommend!!
