House vacation rentals in Onslow County

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

Very spacious home right by the sound. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets at this perfectly located house. Wonderful space for the family. We had tons of fun and enjoyed spending time in this space. The pool table was loads of fun and the hot tub was wonderful. It was warm enough that that we could enjoy meals outdoors. This house is close to everything so it was east to run to the store for anything we missed.

It’s an awesome place to stay we had a blast

The Alex Moore house is just lovely. We had an excellent visit in Swansboro and Mike’s home was a highlight! Our family of five stayed here while visiting for a wedding. We had so much room! The kitchen was amazing and our kids made use of the media room and pool. The home is exquisite… beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and stocked like home. We especially loved the location. Just walk a few blocks and you’ll find restaurants on the water’s edge, boutique shops, and many historic homes that line the neighborhood. We so appreciated Mike’s attention to detail which made this stay just perfect. Thank you again for hosting us and for making our first trip to Swansboro one for the books!

If you are looking for both serene views of the sound and easy access to the beach this is the best place. This home has both! The hot tub & pool are an added bonus along with a fence to not have to worry about kids or pets. Really enjoyed the fire pit and grill as well. Plenty of room for family or friends. Kitchen was fully stocked with needs like spices, oil, foil and Tupperware which is always a great thing to have.

The home was beautiful. It had everything we were looking for and more. Tyler, our host gave us everything we needed and more. He made our arrival very smooth. He answered every question in record time. The home was spacious and accommodated our family of 16 comfortably. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. The elevator in the home allowed for our elderly parents to easily navigate the home and our outings. The access to restaurants, grocery stores, gas, beaches and the pier made it feel like home. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Surf City area. It was definitely 5 stars 🌟.

Beautiful place on the beach with everything you need. Renee’s place was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We stayed comfortably with a family of 6. The views of the ocean are great, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. A great location for a family trip if you want to hang out on the beach and cook meals from the house (kitchen is really well stocked). We would definitely stay here again!

Accurate description, great value, excellent location for our family’s desires.

My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

It was a beautiful home in a perfect location. John was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay with him again.

The location is walkable to so many shops, restaurants, the pier and the beach. We parked our car and didn’t move it for 5 days. The house was so clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, air fryer, coffee maker, etc. The area was very quiet. There was always plenty of room on the beach. Our kids loved being able to walk to the park and such beautiful scenery along the way. We plan to come back!

Couldn’t get a better location. The house was perfect. Didn’t feel like we ever had to leave but nice knowing that things were within 10 mins if we needed anything

Our stay at Pamela’s was great. We were only one minute walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need! Communication with her was great too. We hope we can come back next year!

This place was a great place for us, we had 4 people including me come stay at the place and it felt right at home. It’s close to everything which is nice to do stuff. Incredibly well maintenance, everything was easy to find and easy to use. The hot tub was incredibly nice to use as well. Everyone had a great time here. Again this is a great place and will be definitely looking back at it again for future trips

John was an excellent host, communicated with speed, and very easy to work with. Everything we needed was brought to us quickly. The view from the back deck is incredible! And the stairs and walkway to the beach are fabulous with a sand rinse off area very conveniently located just off the sand. Lots of beach toys and beach chairs were provided saving us the hassle of bringing them! Our little grandsons had a blast, looking for crabs after dark! We had a great week together.

Ed’s place was perfect for our quick getaway. His house is just as described. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with views of the sound/intercostal and unique canals. Easy walk (4 min) to the beach and short (5 min) drive to the heart of Surf City and the bridge. Place was clean, comfortable, and had everything you’d need. Ed is very responsive, and a great host. We’d love to return.

This place was perfect for my family! It was beautiful, comfortable, and had the basic necessities. It’s all the things you hope to have when staying outside of your own home. 1000/10 would recommend this place and will definitely return in the future!

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommended! Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—close to main attractions, restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were top-notch, especially the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchen, and can’t forget the backyard which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant place to stay!

We are very glad to have stayed at Donna and Barry's place while visiting Swansboro. Their cottage was very clean and has a great layout and design. It is cute and cozy, equipped for cooking, furnished for comfort, and in an expansive setting for relaxing. The front porch and big open lawn surrounded by tall pine trees was a pleasure to breath in every morning. Our hosts are friendly and generous, and Andy the dog is a joy. We had a fun time exploring the area and fishing the water channels, including Bogue Banks and the Neuse River, and even New Bern.

The house was beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay in the area and would stay there again.

Great place to stay ... exactly what we looked for... house had everything we needed. Very clean and pleasant.

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!
