Beautiful views from both sides of the house. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens were wrapped to ensure cleanliness. Lindsey was a great host and very responsive. The elevator was such a big help!

This house was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The house is older, and inside is well lived-in. However, I think it made us feel more comfortable and ‘at home’. The beds were comfy, kitchen decently outfitted with necessities, and the view is breathtaking! My favorite part was watching the sunrise from bed. We are already planning our next trip!

Just a few steps away from the pristine and uncrowded beach, the property boasts a range of outdoor amenities, including a pool and a hot tub, all complemented by the mesmerizing ocean views. For added convenience, the home features an elevator, making it easily accessible for family members with mobility challenges. With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the cooking utensils and equipment needed for a delightful stay. This is my second time booking with this host and they have each time made everything very easy for our trips! The hosts are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any issues that may arise promptly. We are eagerly anticipating our next trip with this wonderful host.

Our stay was amazing! They were some of the best hosts we have ever had with Air BNB! I personally loved and appreciated how responsive and clearly they communicated. They also went above and beyond to help our family celebrate with a variety of celebratory items and decor! The house has plenty of room for 2 families with 4 kids! We loved the upstairs area with the large open space divided into various sections! It made it so easy to all hang out but with plenty of space! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the walk to the beach was shorter than it appears in pictures-pleasant surprise! We hope to return!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time at Sempre Blue for Thanksgiving. Everything was just as described. Provided appliances made it easy for us to make meals, amenities made it enjoyable for adults and kids, the floor plan arrangement was perfect for a large group and beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Emily was a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants from the beach, some were strange hours due to being there on the off season which made it a very quiet and private stay. Sunrises were breathtaking and bonus to be in a hot tub enjoying the view. We were surprised to even see pods of dolphins jumping, we got a pair of binoculars at the store to see them better. Really cool! We would definitely stay again! Thank you Emily!

Our family stayed here for our Christmas trip, and it was absolutely perfect for a large group! The home is incredibly spacious and had all the amenities you could think of or need. Essentials like linens and basic supplies were provided, but we brought extra paper towels, toilet tissue, and trash bags since we had a decent-sized group. Some parts of the space showed signs of being well-loved and a little dated, but that was expected given its popularity and design for large gatherings, and it didn’t detract from our experience at all. The house’s layout and amenities meant there was no reason to leave after stopping for groceries in Snead’s Ferry and Jacksonville on the way in. Between the hot tub, games, and cozy gathering spaces, there was always something to do. Jerry and Ben, the hosts, were quick to respond and extremely apologetic and solution-oriented about the one minor issue we encountered. My family is already asking me to book this space again for next year!

The house was great. Beach was right across the street. Every room was spacious and had access to a balcony that either faced the beach or the sound. North Topsail was lovely and we would love to go back. It reminded me of Outer Banks without the traffic and commercialism. You do have to drive to get to things but it was remote and we wanted that. We were there for the beach. Communication was great. The house was easy to find. There were plenty of towels available for us and all the linens were included. My only complaints were that the hot tub would not heat above 97 and it seemed old. There was also a light fixture that was hanging by the wires. But overall, the house was great and I would definitely stay there again.
