Excellent hospitality from Betty and Giovanni. They gave us very useful advice especially for parking the car in Bellagio and boat trips. This allowed us to optimize our stay! The apartment is as described. Special mention for the lake views which are really superb and the calm. A true haven of peace, much appreciated after days of fairly intense sightseeing! The geographical location is ideal, in the mountains, a few km from Bellagio where it is very easy to take a ferry to tourist sites. We highly recommend this rental to discover Lake Como while enjoying the calm and beauty of nature.

It has a nice homey feeling. A market, cafe, and a great view of the lake are within 1-2 blocks away. It is less than 15 minutes by car from Bellagio.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at lake como. Leonardo is the perfect host, he is very responsive, caring and a nice person. He lives in the neighboring village, so he knows the area very well and is able to give advice on sights, restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the clean, quiet and well equipped apartment, which is located directly at the waterfront. Furthermore, there is a private garden on the opposite side of the street with lake view and a private parking lot in front of the apartment. The restaurant next door, offers high quality food and is really good. The coffee shop that is also right around the corner offers crossaints and coffee. There is a beach and a hiking trail that can be reached easily by foot. To do a lake excursion, there is a boat rental right next to the apartment. To explore other villages at the lake, the ferry dock or the bus stop can be reached in 2 min. by foot. We can highly recommend Leonardo and the apartment and would be happy to rent again.

From April 10 to April 15, I had the pleasure of hosting about 25 family and friends to celebrate the recent nuptials of my husband and I. Giuseppe was absolutely incredible—not only before our arrival with thoughtful recommendations on restaurants, travel, local activities, and getting around—but also once we met him in person. He was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The two villas are located right next to each other and are simply stunning. The photos on Airbnb don’t do them justice. It truly felt like something out of a fairytale—from walking down the steps and taking in the breathtaking view of the lake, to the peaceful breeze and serene atmosphere, everything was just magical. If you’re planning a trip with a small or large group, I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. If you need even more space, Margaritaville is just up the road and within walking distance—it was also fantastic. Italy was a dream I still can’t fully put into words, and this trip was unforgettable
