Nice and cozy two-room apartment recently renovated, well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is located on the first floor of a rustic building, 5 min walk to the center of the village, 2 min to the supermarket and 20 min to the lake.

This was an excellent place to stay. It was very sizable and comfy. I would definitely stay here again! Note, it is a bit up the hill, but if you are lucky enough to catch the night bus it is only the first stop up. It is a 20 minute walk down and about 30 sweaty minutes up if you are in good shape. We were visiting with friends that had a car, so most nights we used that to get up and down versus trying to rely on the night bus (which only runs thru the end of September and 9-12 pm). There is a public bus also but we never took it so I can’t comment. I would recommend thinking about how you plan to go up and down the hill for any place in Perledo.

A nice set of rooms very close to everything that matters in Varenna. The accommodations were clean and Debora did a wonderful job communicating all information needed for the stay. She is very kind and friendly. The view from the roof is absolutely stunning and deserves some time during your stay with wine and snacks (weather permitting). I would stay again. A couple additional points to share: 1) All rooms are above ground level, so if someone has any mobility concerns, this might be an issue. Furthermore, there are lots of steps everywhere in Varenna. Be prepared to work your glutes. 2) It can be a bit noisy at night, so, if you are a sensitive sleeper, you should grab some ear plugs/buds to help block out noise. The church tower across the street rings all day, including night and early morning.

Beautiful accommodation and cared for in every detail. Very convenient to have your own bathroom in every room. Very nice and hospitable host, excellent and abundant breakfast made by her. Unfortunately, the location is not very convenient for the center. However, super recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute apartment while staying in Bellano! It is in a great walkable location from the train/ferry station. It also has a spectacular view! Maurizio was a very attentive and kind host who provided clear instructions on how to check-in and even gave us a tour of the building and apartment when we arrived. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Sérgio we got so well looked like a friend that I didn't see them for a while, we felt every time. About the apt, I was delighted with the apt, extremely clean, extremely beautiful I would sincerely like a fit like this for me hahahah, beautiful kitchen, everything as described! Daniela was super flexible, allowing us to check in early and stay an extra hour past check out, and very responsive to questions, both before and during our stay. They also put us in touch with a driver who picked us up at the Milan airport, with 2 car seats for our children. This made the transfer to Varenna, after a long day of travel quite smooth! The building has an elevator, which came in very handy with luggage and a stroller. There is a very thin partition in the apartment, and you can hear everything the neighbors say, but everyone was courteous and it didn’t affect our stay. The cafe directly downstairs was also very convenient (you can sit down or order anything to go) and the staff were so friendly! Overall, the air bnb and location were great and we loved our time in Varenna!
