Loved the style of this place; beautiful arty touches and flooring to die for! It was perfect for what we needed and for a brief period of time, made us feel like locals. Great location; proximity to centre of Bologna was easy walking distance or bus ride (5minutes).

Giovanni's place was an enjoyable stay for us in Bologna. It's not a bad walk from the train station (roughly 15 minutes) and Giovanni provided lots of information, recommendations, guidance, etc. We had a little trouble finding the place based on Google Maps but once we did, we got in pretty easily. The instructions should have given us the apartment number, but didn't so we had to ask Giovanni (who helped identify it right away). The place is spacious and in good shape; definitely would stay there again!

The home exceeded all expectations. It is very spacious and comfortable, stylish with attention to detail. Everything was also ready for a first breakfast. (coffee, me, cereal...) The location is perfect - all the sights are within walking distance. Excellent restaurants and bars can be found on every corner, yet the apartment is very quiet. Rosa Bianca is an excellent host. She takes care of every issue promptly. We were already allowed to check in at noon and use the apartment until the evening on the day of departure. Bologna is enchanting and this place makes the stay perfect. Thank you very much 😎

Great host. We arrived after a ridiculously late flight so did self check in and the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. The location is right off a main square and above busy restaurants so be prepared that it can be a little noisy with the windows open, but at night this was no problem at all. In fact the location is great because you can walk to everything in Bologna from there.

We found the apartment easily thanks to the host's instructions (we then did a self check-in) and in perfect condition. Unfortunately for our needs we did not spend this great time in the apartment, but as far as we were there we enjoyed it. The only small flaw is the distance from the city center, for example it is a 35/40-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. For the rest we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.
