A paradisiacal private corner of nature in the hills a few kilometers from the city. Spectacular walks through woods and autumn-colored vineyards, a wood-burning stove in front of which to warm up, the presence and discreet and good advice of Isa and his children. A really nice surprise. And the apartment, simple but equipped with everything you need, is also more spacious than it appears in the photos. I'll definitely be back for another week! I’ve been in many Airbnb all over the world and I would rate Andrea’s place amongst the top three. I usually look for negative things in every place I visit and this time I could not find anything wrong with his place. Kitchen well furnished with everything for breakfast including homemade cakes… well worth re-visiting 👍

We were 10 guys and we had a great time, warm and cozy house, very clean bathrooms and kitchen, a little tight the stay to eat in 10 people together. The breakfast was very rich among yogurt milk cereal biscuits. Overall great value for money, we will definitely be back

Great apartment, with easy access to trains and buses into Bologna. Lots of amenities around to stay in the neighbourhood as well, with restaurants, pasticceria and grocery store.

The interaction with Chiara and her parents was really wonderful. They are friendly and very hospitable people. They welcomed us with cookies and jams for breakfast and left us basic necessities in the kitchen, which was much appreciated. It was a real pleasure staying in their spacious and comfortable apartment, located in the building that hosted Torquato Tasso. The apartment exactly matches the description provided and exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and style. Also, the location is great for exploring the city, making our experience even more enjoyable. We are grateful for your hospitality and want to recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy accommodation.

Super centrally located accommodation, also reachable on foot from the station with a walk of about halfanhour. Everything as described, spacious and clean room. Great communication with the host too, it was a pleasure to meet Ariadne at check-in. Very kind and friendly, in addition to leaving us the breakfast tickets, which can be spent at the bar in front, he also provided us with a list of restaurants and places to try nearby. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Piero's B&B for two nights and our experience was exceptional. Piero is a kind and caring host, extremely helpful with his guests. Our room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, but particularly appreciated was the breakfast with a relaxing musical background, with fresh yogurt, milk, jam and bread, all seasoned with the beautiful company of his daughter Flaminia and the little Rama who showed us on the map the various attractions in the area and the details of the apartment so that our stay was impeccable. Experience more than recommended.

Of the many places we stayed in Italy, this was our favorite. Carlo is an outstanding host. He has great restaurant recommendations, and we really enjoyed talking with and getting to know him. His breakfasts are great too. Each morning, we had delicious croissants from local bakeries, fruit, bread, and our choice of coffee. There was a savory option that looked good too. The room was comfortable with its own, secluded bathroom. We slept very well here. And the location is perfect--close to the train station as well as historic downtown, which is extremely walkable. Don't miss the panoramic view from the terrace! Finally, Carlo has a sweet, adorable dog who made our stay even better. I would recommend booking here to anyone interested in visiting the lovely town of Bologna.

Great place to stay for our 2 families before leaving from Bologna airport. Parking on site. Very nice place, tidy and clean. Sweet and caring hostess! Really good restaurant and breakfast.

With a friend we spent a night in Simona's apartment in the double room with two single beds and a private bathroom located in front of our bedroom door. Shared kitchen clean and equipped with everything you need for breakfast. We appreciated the cleanliness of the spaces and Simona's accuracy in giving us all the necessary directions to check in on our own. Good location of the apartment to reach the center of Bologna on foot. Recommended!
