The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Beautiful flat in the perfect location, lots of great restaurants around. Fabio helped any way possible. Would recommend to stay here!

We had a great weekend at Cristina's apartment! The apartment is perfect, very clean, we loved the neighborhood where it is located. Cristina gave us great tips for visiting the city and great restaurant addresses! Don't hesitate!

Arianna & Fulvio were very professional hosts, super responsive (communication was great) and incredibly friendly. The place had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening, Fulvio came to meet us and took us up to the apartment. Top floor with a heavy suitcase was manageable but do take it into account. Fulvio offered to help but it was no problem for us. The apartment was very clean and they even left us some fruit and a bottle of wine. Location is not in the historic centre but we actually liked that. Avoids the crowds, gave us a real sense of the other side of Bologna and was close enough for an easy walk into town. Very conveniently located close to the central station as well if you’re travelling by train. We would be happy to recommend this place!

Rare cleanliness and tidiness distinguishes the property. Everything is in perfect condition. Extremely comfortable furnishings. Excellent air conditioning. Mirsie was accurate and attentive. In short, it's just a pity for the brevity of the stay that didn't allow us to enjoy our stay any longer.

It was a pleasure staying in this beautiful apartment. Everything was cozy, cozy, and clean The place was close to the center which allowed us to take a lot of walking in the historic center of Bologna! In addition, Alessia gave us some recommendations that we really enjoyed! We'll keep this good address in mind:))

Location was excellent. Walkable to everything. Greeted in peraon by our host. Responsive to our questions. we would love to visit again.

It was a very good choice. It was in the heart of downtown but at the same time the room was very quiet. It was very clean and the breakfast detail ( sweets, coffee, infusions,...) was very grateful😊. There are buses, restaurants and supermarkets near by. Francesco and Paolo were very nice and helped us in our doubts. We were able to leave our bags and enjoy the city more. I would repeat if I were to return to Bologna!
