We very much enjoyed our stay here! It was so quaint and peaceful. The decor is charming, beds were comfy, linens were clean and crisp! Thanks for a great stay!

Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

Had a wonderful stay at Pea Cottage. Was clean and cosy from the moment we stepped inside. The space is relaxing and welcoming and the perfect quiet getaway. When we arrived we had fresh eggs and were very happy to find extra on the car when we left! A highlight was the Pea Cottage Prosecco hunt they had set up. It was a wonderful surprise and a great way to see where everything was in the cottage. It was warm the whole weekend and was great to be able to light the fire or just let the underfloor heating and range do the heating! Would definitely book again.

It is a fantastic property, perfectly proportioned and laid out, with a separate bathroom and kitchen area with everything you need. The location is nice and quiet, with easy access to the A45 / 47, which is important to me. Business or pleasure, this property suits both needs.
