Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Old Orchard Beach

Wonderful spot for a women's weekend! The house was warm and toasty when we arrived. The kitchen and bath were well stocked with everything we might have needed. Rebecca could not have been nicer and more accommodating! Great weekend!

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

Planned a family weekend with 6 grown nieces and nephews. This house and apartment were perfect for this! Loads of space for everyone to gather and play board games, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all. Also, plenty of space for people to go find quiet time. The kitchen was spacious and had what we needed. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and everything we needed to keep it that way was provided. Michael and Kailey were incredibly quick and responsive when we had questions, which made my job as coordinator of our group much easier. It was a lovely place to spend our time together.

We love Mike's place. This was our second stay. The space is perfect for our extended family gathering. The location near the beach is an added bonus.

We had an excellent stay at Mariella’s place. The cleanliness stood out to us and was much appreciated. Mariella was very accommodating and there for any questions or concerns. We felt right at home. Her home was in great location of a neighborhood for comfort and privacy while also be very convenient and a short ride to downtown Portland. I would recommend her home.

Wonderful place to stay and can fit lots of family/friends! The host was absolutely amazing with answering fast and even checking in on us throughout the stay. The space was extremely spacious and had lots of rooms/beds. Perfect spot for a short walk or ride to the beach, restaurants and lots of shops. Very large couch and sitting area for all to be able to sit and talk to each other while being in the same area. The house was very clean and stocked with almost everything you could need for a stay. Definitely a wonderful experience:)

Susan's place is a fantastic base for a stay in Portland. The apartment is just as described--well appointed and extremely comfortable. (The only caution is that it is accessed by two flights of steep stairs plus steep front steps, which may not be everyone's cup of tea.) The off street parking is invaluable and the location is easy to access and convenient to all of downtown Portland. Finally, Susan is a considerate and friendly host.

The home was beautiful and exactly as described. It was stocked with everything we could have needed including coffee and coffee filters! It was the perfect location so close to downtown Portland. The area was quiet and walkable to restaurants and coffeehouses.

Rick's communication and check in was effortless. From the moment we walked in the door everything was perfect! Warm and welcoming. Everything looked exactly like the photos and was super clean. The place was the perfect size and had all the amenities that you would need. The location was perfect! It was close to quite a few great places to eat and you are also not far from Kennebunkport. Our trip ended with some snow and Rick even came out to help me clear off my truck. Would highly recommend this location and host!

Second stay and I'll be back. It is easy to make yourself at home here. It's not fancy, it's comfortable - love the new sofa! The apartment is full of light even on grey winter days and the location between East Bayside and Munjoy can't be beat.

The condo was cozy, clean and easy to find. Christopher was very responsive and gave very clear directions about everything! We stayed in December, so the area was quiet and easy to get around. Perfect for a weekend away!

As a return guest we know we are able to make the most of the unique space, it's rooftop water views, and comfy amenities. If you're looking for a great location with access to all Portland has to offer than this is it. We plan to come back again and have encouraged others headed to Portland to do the same.

We were two couples and the condo was perfect. A great weekend was had in this very clean condo with a nice warm vibe. Diane was very responsive and flexible with our early check in, which was appreciated. We would definitely book this condo again if available.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!

Beautiful place right on the water. Location and views are fantastic. Walkable to downtown Portsmouth and some local businesses in the island. Looking forward to next visit.
