Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Old Orchard Beach

We encountered a minor issue upon checkin and the ONLY reason I mention it in this review is so that I can highlight how responsive and prompt Lea was to help us resolve it and ensure our stay at her home was a positive experience (and it absolutely was by every measure). The home is clean and gorgeous inside and out. More than enough space for multiple families. Everything was exactly as described in listing. We had an amazing weekend and could certainly see ourselves visiting again in the future. I couldn’t recommend this home or the hosts any more highly.

4 couples in our family stayed here, along with our dogs, and my toddler. Everything went great! We all had plenty of space. We were able to put the toddler to bed and still socialize without waking her. Very responsive hosts. Clean. Nice breakfast place right next door and not a long walk to downtown. Would stay again! Note that if you have a small dog, there is a section of the fence that the dog could get underneath. So bring leashes regardless. Hot tub has to be switched from sleep mode to standard mode in order for it to warm up. But was very nice and clean once we figured that out. Floors are cold in the winter, bring slippers (:

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. This was our second stay at Craig's place. It is a perfect home for our two families which include a 2, 4, and 14 year olds. there is plenty of space and the pool area and indoor basketball gym are such an amazing treat! We were happily surprised to find a new mini split in the large game room which cooled the whole downstairs.

We had so much fun celebrating my boyfriend’s 30th birthday with friends at John’s place! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Paula was a great host, loved the amount of space to accommodate 6 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and 11 y.o. and a tiny puppy w/o having to worry about alot of over the top expensive "things" that could be broken so we actually got to relax. spacious, homey. 10 mins from king Pine Ski. Kids loved the toys and character sheets, plenty of bathrooms. very attentive.

Beautiful cottage with a little oasis in the backyard. Ended up being a perfect getaway on a snowy weekend. The house was gorgeous and cozy. Camille was a fantastic host and checked in on us the first day. Highly recommend!!!

What a beautiful home to vacation and relax in. It was clean and so comfortable! All the skiers in our group were happy as it’s a great location to visit many local mountains. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly, we would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great, beautiful location for a weekend getaway. The amount of natural light through the large windows was amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and while we didnt play any of the table games downstairs they looked great. Amazing kitchen with everything anyone would need. Gresat communcation before and during stay!

Our family of four got away for two nights and loved every minute at Peter's lakeside home. Large windows allow for lake views from inside. We enjoyed the warmth of the hot tub. Peter's place had everything we needed. We hope to return!

Pond View Cabin was exactly as described. Christian was a great host. Very responsive, helpful, and truly cares about the guest experience. The little thoughtful amenities made our stay a great experience. We even received a hand written welcome note, which was a nice touch. Without a doubt we were able to have a relaxing winter getaway at the cabin. This was our first time here. We would highly recommend booking with Christian. We definitely plan to come back.

We had an amazing girls trip weekend at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and well-maintained. There were so many thoughtful little details throughout the space that really made it special—everything from the cozy decor to the little extras in the kitchen. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway!

Great place to go to escape. Very private, very quiet, and had everything you needed. Freeport was like 20 minutes away, which is great to spend the day at. Would recommend.

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

Great host and place! Seemingly more of a summer spot, based on local business hours, but very happy to have gone in the winter. My partner and I had an excellent time thanks to the recommendations provided in the itinerary. The restaurants/shops on Western Ave are terrific and so close by. Alternatively, the kitchen and amenities in the house are great if you’re looking for a more stay-at-home vibe. The only thing I will say is there is no TV, but everything else was terrific. Would stay again!
