Monthly Rentals in Old City, Philadelphia

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning loft located in the heart of Old City, Philadelphia. The space beautifully combined historic charm with modern amenities, featuring high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and large windows that offered an abundance of natural light. The loft was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Situated within walking distance of numerous historic sites, including Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Additionally, the neighborhood boasted a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I loved it!

Great stay at Ashleigh's! Located in an awesome part of the city. Very walkable to the sights and restaurants/bars of Old City or Liberty Heights. The parking spot was very clutch. Would def stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient to the convention center as it was within walking distance in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were very informative prior to the stay as well as very communicative during the entire stay. We felt very safe, the building itself is very secure with cameras throughout. Hosts recommendations were very helpful and accurate. Would absolutely stay here again!
