Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Old City, Philadelphia

A great place when traveling for work or for short stays. Beds are very comfortable, Internet is solid, everything is clean and tidy, the kitchen is very well stocked up. Also - the washer / dryer in the basement is very useful. Will definitely stay here again on my next work trip.

My family and I had a great experience in this house . Eliseé is a responsible host and he always got in touch to make sure everything was ok.

The apartment is great because its within walkable distance to a lot of great attractions within Philadelphia. My friend and I were staying there to attend PAX, and its such a relief to be able to walk back and forth to our AirBnB and not have to drive at all. Getting into and out of the apartment is nice and easy too, just a few codes that the owner will send you before you get there. The apartment is more on the utilitarian side, as it was likely a warehouse that was turned into a rental. If you don't mind a few light switches in odd places, its a solid place to stay in a quieter and safer feeling neighborhood of Philadelphia.

lovely and clean studio, the space was perfect for our short stay. parking space was appreciated as we were able to leave the car in the lot and take the subway/uber around the city.

My stay was last minute but everything was perfect. Quick responses were greatly appreciated. The Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures. Clean and cozy. The Location of the Airbnb was in a good neighborhood. Perfect walking distance for local restaurants and bars. Stacy was so kind and genuine. Lastly the parking map was so helpful. Definitely will return to this Airbnb.

Location was great near bars/restaurants/shops and easy access to the train to get downtown for other sights. The place was very clean and well cared for. People outside were loud at night, but that didn't detract from the experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Steve was super friendly and easy to communicate. The place is in a really cool old-school neighborhood that felt safe and family friendly. I brought my two young daughters down for a basketball game and we felt right at home. Super easy to get to the sports venues as well.

This was a lovely place to stay, with charming historical building, great location, and loved that it provided parking. Loved the festive holiday decorations. Thanks to Leonard for the easy communications.

Great stay in the heart of Philly!

Katharine was fairly quick to respond to questions & sent instructions that made finding the location easy. The entrance is located in an alley but felt safe. It’s right next to a bunch of places to get food & cute stores. Overall felt clean with plenty of towels & even a hair straightener! The gate before the apartment also locks which is nice.

The home was immaculate, and Chantel took the time to properly stock the items I needed based on the number of guests before my arrival. The home is in a good area, public transportation is within walking distance, and several good food options are close. A++ stay, thank you

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

we had a great albeit brief stay at mimi's place. the apartment was very clean, well-stocked and in a great location. mimi was very responsive. only downsides are that you can hear the neighbors very easily, and the TV is not functional. otherwise, a great stay.

Michael's place is homey, comfortable and welcoming. The house has wonderful original features, was clean as a whistle, and was just the perfect place to stay over the holidays. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and we certainly used it. When our niece's family came to visit, the two children immediately found the box of toys and oversized pictures books in the living room and were delighted. Michael is responsive and caring. When there was a sprinkling of snow, he immediately was in touch and a family member came by to sweep the walkway, even though it was Christmas Eve. Thank you, Michael, we have surely found our home from home for future visits to Philly.

The place was amazing. The kids loved the game room, (they were very entertained). I love how kid friendly it was. The neighborhood was great with a lot of things within walking distance. Would definitely love to stay there again.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Philly! The entire space was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. The neighborhood felt safe, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was parking—finding a spot took quite some time, as the nearby public parking lot was unpredictably closed. However, the quality of the Airbnb more than made up for it. I’d gladly stay here again despite the parking issue and will definitely consider it for my next visit to Philly!

Very nice place to stay with walking distance close to center city as well as the stadiums it’s very nice and clean the host are great very responsive if you need anything just message them they respond pretty fast it’s a upstairs open studio nice back patio as well no complaints

Kristen’s place was homey, well equipped and comfortable. When in Philadelphia, I would choose Kristin’s place again, for the nice location and quiet neighborhood, which was walkable to restaurants, but also had free on street parking.

My family and I appreciated this lovely stay. The apartment was perfectly as described, spacious, and extremely clean. I love the peacefulness and walkability of the Fairmount neighborhood. Danni was an excellent host who was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the special touches throughout and would highly recommend this host and listing!

We had a great stay. The place was well located for where we wanted to spend time in the city. We had a little trouble locating the entrance as it is tucked behind the building in a narrow street that's common in this area. Other than that minor hiccup, our stay was great. We greatly appreciated Christina letting us check in early unprompted and having the heat turned up since it was a rather cold arrival day. I would definitely stay here again.
