great place to stay for a weekend trip to Philly, especially nice having a bathroom attached to each of the bedrooms when traveling with a group of 6. in walking distance to Philly convention center and reading terminal market.

Jenny was super responsive when I got in really late the first night. She was super flexible with my schedule changes and I couldn't have asked for a more gracious host. The spot IS super cozy, warm, and CLEAN! I loved how clean and spacious the place was. I'll be coming back!

Had a great stay in this unit. Was very close to the public parking garage. Adorable little neighborhood. Quiet building . Clean and comfortable. Will stay here again. Host was very easy to work with and check I was so easy.

Kaitlyn’s place was very comfortable. It was easy to get in with the keypad lock on the door. The apartment was well stocked with whatever you needed. It was also convenient walking distance to the Fillmore where I was seeing a show. There were lots of shops and restaurants close by to get whatever you needed. Great location, helpful responsive host, clean comfortable apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Airbnb in Philadelphia, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Additionally, there were plenty of trendy cafes and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. The space itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic Philly charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary snacks!! :) thank you would definitely stay here again!!

I had an amazing stay at Jamie's apartment in Philadelphia! The location couldn't be better – it's so close to public transit, great restaurants, and lively bars, all within walking distance to the city center. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-maintained that made my stay incredibly comfortable. Jamie was a great host, always responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Philly!

Katharine was fairly quick to respond to questions & sent instructions that made finding the location easy. The entrance is located in an alley but felt safe. It’s right next to a bunch of places to get food & cute stores. Overall felt clean with plenty of towels & even a hair straightener! The gate before the apartment also locks which is nice.

Chantel's place was great. About 20 min from where I needed to go. Very clean. Looked like the picture. The bed was comfortable. The bedrooms were one flight up. The bathroom was very modern, shower was modern. She gave us enough towels and wash clothes and make up remover. She had a bottle of wine waiting for us, a nice touch. She was very responsive and quick to answer questions. Very easy to find her door and to get in. It was street parking but it was easy to find a spot.

Evelyn was great! Super responsive and friendly. The house was absolutely perfect for our family visiting Philadelphia for Thanksgiving.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

Spatious, beautiful home with comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. I had a fantastic weekend there with friends and felt right at home. Easy street parking right in front of the house was a huge plus.

Great location and unit. There's so much to do in the area that is within walking distance. The place is very minimalistic, which is nice. It has everything you need and is super clean. Would definitely recommend. Natasha is also very nice and provides clear instructions and information. Be mindful of the stairs. They could be brutal if you have heavy luggage/bags.

This was a lovely condo in the heart of city center! Very walkable to restaurants and attractions. The space was large enough for 4 of us, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was suited for our needs. The place was very clean and neat. Rob & Kim were great hosts and provided all of the information that we needed. Highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again!

Parking was easy to find which is great in Philly. It’s close to the Wells Fargo Center (and other sport complexes). We paid almost half what it would have cost to stay at the casino for one night. It was a nice stay and the host was responsive and friendly! I recommend.

Great stay! Only concern is that it listed 8 people when it only realistically fits about 4-5 at most comfortably.

Kristen’s place was homey, well equipped and comfortable. When in Philadelphia, I would choose Kristin’s place again, for the nice location and quiet neighborhood, which was walkable to restaurants, but also had free on street parking.
