Cleaning fee was a bit steep. Also would recommend for future guests to have pot holders to grab items out of the oven. Wonderful location and communication. Would definitely stay again!

LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

Excellent Airbnb if you want to go to Destin, FL. You have a beach nearby, as well as several restaurants and shops that are just as close. The house is absolutely beautiful, not to mention how comfortable it is. My group was large (20 people between adults and children) and we had no problem with that, we were really comfortable. The entire house is just like the photos, the pool area is spectacular, not to mention that it had heating, so during our stay we were able to enjoy it without the problem of the low temperatures in the area during those days. Highly recommended and I hope to return.

Great space for our family of 10. Nice size pool and outdoor area. Very responsive and appreciative host. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance from 4 of our 5 baseball games. Would definitely stay here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We had a fantastic week! Kids loved the pool, ping pong, and cornhole! We had everything we needed and Matthew was fast to respond to any questions. We had a lot of fun taking golf cart on drives around town as well. Highly recommend this place!

The property was better in-person than the pictures. Great overall spacious layout and the high ceilings made every room even more grand. Phenomenal location and my kids loved the golf cart. Very responsive hosts, would certainly highly recommend.

Beautiful home with lots of space for a large group! We had more than ample space for our family of grown, married children with a grandchild. Though not on the beach, the location was great- easily walkable to Blue Mountain Creamery 😋

We totally enjoyed our stay at The Coral Sea Cottage! We had 8 adults + 10 kids and this space worked out really well for us. The neighborhood was lovely, the pool was great and we had everything that we needed at the house. We had a couple so small maintenance things that we reached out about and Graham was very quick to reply and offer assistance. We are already looking at trying to book again for next year!

Wonderful Stay at Miramar Beach! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Miramar Beach, FL! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area and the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

This was a wonderful place to stay on 30A! It was beautiful home and close walking distance or golf cart ride to the beach. We loved our time here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! This is a beautiful home, great neighborhood and perfect location. Loved riding bikes to the beach and easy walks to coffee & juice shops. Ivonne was so kind to us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back again!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

This was a last minute stay and Isabella was wonderful! All communication was prompt and thorough. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great, albeit short, stay. Highly recommend!

Loved the close proximity to the beach, loved the porch swing and the view of the ocean, love the gated community of houses, little loft area was peaceful. Would definitely stay again.
