We had a great experience staying at one of Jerry and Liron’s places. They were so easy to communicate with, place was clean and tidy. Would stay at one of their places again. Great beach escape.

We had a great time at this stay! The hosts were very helpful and responsive. LOVED having a golf cart to take to the beach, which was also a quick walk away. Lots of amenities including beach towels, chairs, and plenty of kitchen supplies. Would stay with them again!

The house was large and accommodated a large group very well. We walked to the beach easily. The pool is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay.

the place was amazing! just a short walk from the beach but was still private and quiet. some of the reviews mention construction debris in the backyard but when my group was there it was all clean. the place is really nice and cozy. the air conditioners saved us. minimally kitchen supplies, but enough to make a meal. if you don’t want to constantly do dishes just bring plastic utensils. overall we had a great time!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We visited with 2 couples and 6 kids. The house was perfectly set-up for both communal hangouts and private sleeping for all. Beautiful home in the best location to experience all Santa Rosa has to offer. We absolutely enjoyed the place and made our vacation feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend you and your family stay here for as many days as you can, as it is perfect, we didnt want to leave. Great stay overall! Close proximity to the beach, short walk. Close to golf courses, outlets, shopping and restaurants. We liked the location because it’s far enough away from main attractions that traffic wasn’t difficult to navigate but close enough that you could be just about anywhere in Destin in 10 minutes. The home itself was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for our party of 12. 4 bathrooms eliminated log jams in the morning and evening. Would definitely stay here again and would absolutely stay at any Newman-Dailey property. Excellent customer service! Quick responses!! Loved it!!

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

Great place close to the beach access! King beds in 3 rooms with private en-suite bathrooms was really nice to have. My elderly mom stayed in the king downstairs and the house was easy for her to navigate downstairs. The golf cart also made it easy getting to the beach and back! This house is right next to the pool also. The hosts were very responsive. The only thing I would add is bring oils, spices and extra TP/ trash bags/soap for bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and walks to beach at night for sunset. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!

So many great things to say about renting from Patrick & Maria. First off, the location of the house is absolutely perfect! Patrick & Maria were super helpful, always responded right away and went out of their way to make the stay extra special for our kids. Having the private heated pool was a big bonus for the kids. Having all of the beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels) available at the house was incredible, big plus! The kids have already asked to book another stay in Destin, but only if we rent the same house again. Amazing vacation, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is minutes from the beach, Publix, Bass Pro, Walmart, etc. The beds were so comfortable that people didn’t want to get out of them. The backyard is an oasis and the pool and golf cart were a huge plus! The home was even more impressive than the pictures. Brandon was very helpful and always responded quickly. We hope to stay there again soon!

This was an amazing place for my big family of 16! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Our Hosts were always responsive to any questions we had, they gave us recommendations to nearby places which was SO helpful! I highly recommend booking their beautiful home if you plan on coming to Florida, everything was so close of a drive! We came all the way from Missouri and had the best time and experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and felt very relaxed and at home. Dina and Haplh were very responsive to all messages. Would highly recommend their home away from home.

I would definitely recommend staying here, the house is a great place to go for a little getaway. My friends and I really enjoyed the pool, and the fact that it’s right on the beach is perfect. 10/10

We went here for a girls trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. There were 6 of us and we each got our own queen or king bed. The pool area was so relaxing. It’s in a cute and quiet location. They provided most essentials to get us thru our 6 days. The only thing we needed to purchase extra was toilet paper and laundry detergent. Lots of toys and floaties and extra blankets and walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants was great. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and would plan to come back. Thank you Emily and Krysten!!

This is a fantastic pet-friendly cottage in Seaside— could not have asked for a better spot. Impressively clean and the host group was excellent. The rest of the review is for fellow dog owners to share additional details that would be helpful when considering booking. First, the yard is fenced in, but it is shared with three additional homes (one being a rental and two being residents). If you assumed this was a private yard, think again. One of the permanent resident homes does have a dog and uses this space and the rental next door also had a dog while we were renting. Plan to leash walk your dogs and if you have any reactivity issues, be aware there are other dogs potentially in the yard. Secondly, the bedroom upstairs is a loft with stairs— just an FYI for any elderly pups who need to navigate the steps. Lastly, there is a church next door which rings its bells loudly and has a Sunday service on a microphone so be aware on Sunday it can be noisy and the foot traffic increases.

Charles is very responsive and his main goal is to make sure you enjoy your time at his place and that you have everything you need. When we noticed something was missing, Charles delivered it to the property that morning. We had a great time using the golf cart to go to the beach, and the nightly activities within the property. We enjoyed our time here and appreciate the hospitality Charles offered. Excellent host!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and as pictured. Easy walk to the beach access. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Very pleasant stay. Victoria was a great host. She responded very quickly to my questions. I had trouble with the booking (no fault of the website, just me being technologically challenged), and she helped me right away. The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The little patio in the yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.
