We had a wonderful 1-week stay in Oaxaca. Julia was extremely communicative and gracious. We enjoyed several neighborhood restaurants and cafes. The building is secure and the area felt safe. There was quite a bit of street noise at night as others have mentioned, but all in all we are happy we stayed there and enjoyed walking all around town.

The place itself is great and even better and bigger than in the pictures. The service is fast, responsive and very reliable (a minor issue was solved within a few hours). I would definitely recommend this place to others. The view from the roof was a nice add-on and we were not missing anything in particular in the apartment. The only downside I would say is the location (was surprised about all the other reviews). It takes 15mins walking into the center, and 30mins if you want to reach the nicer part of the center in the North. The surrounding is very safe, but doesn't look very appealing.

Nice apartment with everything we needed. Newly renovated kitchen. Markets, shopping and restaurants are all nearby. It’s a little longer walk to the touristy areas in the north of town. This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a neighborhood rather than a big hotel. There was some normal street noise but we slept well.

MARIA WAS ALWAYS ON THE SLOPE AND IN COMMUNICATION WITH ME, WE NEEDED A PLACE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND HER HOUSE WE STAYED VERY WELL LOCATED, SHE NEVER STOPPED RESPONDING, EVERYTHING ELSE, I ALWAYS TOOK THE INITIATIVE AND WAS PENDING, THE DEPARTMENT IS SUPER COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND IS IN AN AREA WHERE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING CLOSE, WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SPACE. VERY NICE.

Rolando was one of the best, attentive hosts we have ever had. Whenever we needed something, he was very quick to help and resolve our needs. The inside of this apartment was perfect, everything our family of four needed and more. Rolando gifted snacks, food, spices, drinking water and so much more. I have never had everything I needed at an Airbnb before. My son loved that there was a basketball court as well. Thank you Rolando!

Javier was helpful and accepted the reservation super quickly after we had a change of plans and needed to stay longer. The apartment is actually better than the pictures, it is quite big and has very good location! Also, there is a water fountain in the corridor which is super helpful (no need to buy tons of plastics bottles).
