Available for brief stays or ( occasionally ) by the month . This one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Oaxaca's Historical Center. It is close to two of the loveliest parks in the city and a few steps from the cobble stone pedestrian walkway (always lively) and lined with museums, galleries and shops. The walkway leads straight to the Zocalo. We are directly behind the iconic Santo Domingo church and the Botanical Garden . There are views into the garden and the domes of the church can be seen from our patios and terrace.The open floor plan apartment is modern / colonial in style with ample space for moving around. The combined living and dining area has a private fountain patio . The bedroom, with its large walk-in closet, also overlooks the fountain. The bathroom is done in relaxing blue Talavera tiles . The entrance patio provides the perfect place for a cool drink or a morning coffee al fresco. All utilities are included in the rent.. Amenities : fully equipped kitchen , wireless Internet. Sky flat screen T . V . , linens provided , weekly housekeeping and the cutest little black and white dog to greet you. Apartment for one up to four travelers. Convenient location; cozy atmosphere; handy; rustic decoration; guaranteed hospitality. 10 minutes walk away from Santo Domingo Church; 1.12 Km (0.7 miles) from Zocalo and 500 m (0.3 miles) from Guelaguetza Auditorium. Please CONSIDER it is uphill, just a slight incline but it might be exhausting for some. Make sure this is the place you are looking for. Sotindi is 1 of 2 apartments at Casa Cháa Miyo, which is a duplex in an excellent location in the Xochimilco neighborhood. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance. AIR CONDITIONING in every room, also in the living room; 100MB WIFI, equipped kitchen, FREE PARKING for one car; we are VERY CLOSE TO GREAT RESTAURANTS. My husband and I have been flight attendants for over 26 years, we know exactly what people need when traveling.

This was my first time in Mexico. This air bnb is conveniently located in the heart of Centro, which is a "hub" of Oaxaca, walking distance to most things. The local tour agency is literally across the street from this bnb and has amazing half-day & full-day tour options to all the local attractions. The tours pick you up & drop you off at this bnb. The air bnb loft is modern & updated; perfect size for 1-2 people. Alvaro is an excellent host. He responds promptly to any and all inquiries and is very kind and helpful. This air bnb was a perfect spot to stay to explore Oaxaca.

Loved our Xochi apartment we called home for a week during Dia de Muertos! The neighborhood was so nice and the walk to Centro and Jalatlaco was perfect. The apartment was very clean and private. The bed, shower and kitchen pristine and comfortable. Loved the comped breakfast right out the back door to the restaurant. Perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone staying in Oaxaca. Can’t wait to return!

Our groups were in Matamoros 1 & 3. The hosts were more than responsive and proactive with anything and everything- I mean truly incredible. Angelina and Abby helped us out cleaning up daily. Most of the time was spent in the large house but Matamoros 3 did the job perfectly for what we needed. About a 10-13 minute walk to the zocalo - slightly uphill but doable. Highly recommended. And if you’re in a large group and want to have your own space but in the same location, can’t get much better than this.

The space is comfortable and quiet. In my case, that I went to do Home Office, the internet was adequate and the environment very quiet, ideal for doing Home Office. There are places nearby for lunch and dinner as well as shops. Only, if your goal is to go out at night, it is advisable to take a taxi as it is not so close to downtown. Still, I consider it a super comfortable and above all familiar place, something that I was personally looking for for the needs of my trip to Oaxaca. I definitely recommend it as the space is super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Parking is also available. And Beto is super attentive from the time of booking, he is very friendly and always available to answer any questions, a plus that makes the experience even better.

Tranquil Xochimilco Two Patios!

A great place to stay! The only con is that this is a downstairs apartment - that makes it really cool on hot days but also makes it susceptible to any loud sounds from upstairs. We loved our stay at Esveay and Peter’s place! The location is perfect! So easy to walk into centro or other barrios but located in a quiet peaceful safe spot. Great cafes right around the corner. Extremely comfortable couches and beds, with the bonus of a comfortable patio and upstairs rooftop terrace with a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. Water pressure and hot water was great, and during our 9 day stay we were supplied with plenty of drinking water. Lourdes greeted us at the door and was available when we needed anything! Our hosts were also in touch to check in throughout our stay. If we do visit Oaxaca again we will hope to stay here again.
