Nice location and view of the ocean. Was a nice place to stay on the east side of the island and close to camp bay beach.

this was one of the most beautiful places I stayed. loved the location and view everyday and night were breathtaking. olvin and his wife were amazing. taking me to where ever I wanted and even took me took their local friends place to play domino's! all in all the place was exactly what I wanted and needed. price was great and hospitality was even better. Definitely coming back to this place!

This was a delightful 2-bedroom cottage which was clean, modern, well-maintained and had AC and hot water in the shower. The host arranged for my entry and also a moto taxi so that I could get to and from Punta Gorda (PG) village where I enjoyed Garifuna food, music and culture. The cottage is very safe, quiet, had nice views and working Wi-Fi. You could walk to PG from here (about 2 miles), but mototaxi or moped may be better options. The furniture in the home was tastefully arranged and you could tell that host put some thought into what guests might need. The fridge, kitchen and bathroom were super clean with towels left out for me. I liked it here and would definitely stay again. It’s a good spot for families, but also solo travel or couples. Thanks Harlyn for accommodating me during the holiday season.

After a long travel day to our beloved Roatan,we arrived at Apart. Mariposa hosted by Vanessa and Henry in the community of Juticalpa. We usually stay in West Bay but decided to see what many call “the best part of Roatan”.There is lots to do and great food close by. Juticalpa is located mid island about 30 minutes E. of the airport about 15 mins N of French Harbour. There was a secure parking lot inside a security gate and the apart is nestled above gardens chock full of fruit trees and a plethora of tropical flowers and foliage. The view is to die for, over looks a valley and past the mountains you can see the beautiful turquoise ocean.There are sitting areas and a shaded patio. It’s obvious our hosts put a lot of thought when planning their apartments.We arrived to an efficiency apart. light and airy-the space is fantastic They thought of everything to make one feel at home. The a/c works great, the bathroom luxurious with a rainwater shower. I didn’t want to leave!!
