Sarah’s accommodation was simply perfect. The cottage blended beautifully with the stunning garden. I was delighted by the garden’s professionalism and variety. The bedding was clean, and there were plenty of towels. Having a washer and dryer made traveling much more convenient, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy. I would love to visit this place again on my next trip.

I literally couldn’t have asked for more. They were so responsive and helpful with anything we may need. I stayed here for a month for surgery and didn’t want to leave when the month was over. The tiny house was clean and exactly what I wanted and needed for my recovery. Close to everything I needed and wanted to get to. All the light and fresh air you can ask for. Recommendations for food and stores. Visits from their amazing dog!! I wouldn’t change a thing! What an amazing host, family, city, and tiny home. I will definitely be back.

You could not find a better location at Muir Beach, which in itself is the perfect get away for those of us living in San Francisco. We loved it so much, we've rebooked for a weekend in September. It's the perfect size and layout for a couple and every room except the bathroom has a stunningly beautiful view of beach and waves and when clear, Sutro tower and the western part of San Francisco. A true romantic get away. Even 2 fireplaces and hot tub! We spent most of weekend not going anywhere except for a walk on the beach.

Annie's cottage far exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a quiet place to spend the weekend, and I got exactly that. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after hiking the Matt Davis trail, which the trail was conveniently located about a minute's walk from the property. The cottage was cozy, clean, and the heated mattress and fireplace heater were such a nice touch! This place felt so special, and I hope that I'll have the privilege to come stay here again. Annie was a gracious and kind host. Super friendly and responsive. I could not have asked for a better getaway! Thank you, Annie, for making my birthday celebration so memorable!

Our plans to stay with family in Sausalito were unexpectedly changed, we were so fortunate to find the gem that is Jane and Joel's cottage. The setting of the cottage nestled in a beautiful garden surrounded by redwoods and just a short walk to town is perfect. There are so many extra special touches, beautifully decorated, stocked frig with wine & cheese, coffee and a Nespresso and a milk frother, fresh flowers, warm radiant bathroom floor, excellent internet and TV to watch the Olympics after a day of hiking were some of our highlights! We really appreciated your hospitality and enjoyed our stay. We hope to back on future trips to CA!

Functional and comfortable in a great location located next to local grocery store with a great selection and people in the area are very friendly. Jordan's tiny home is easily accessed on a one-way street that is no longer used making parking a breeze and the grocery store is right next to it. You would never even know the home is there unless you were looking for it. It is peaceful and quiet and full of light due to multiple windows and sky lights as well. Lot's of little extras make the space comfy and accommodating, such as heated bathroom floor, beautifully illustrated books, yoga mats, TV that is back lit and double doors that open onto a comfortable and spacious deck that has a little stream right next to it. Surrounded in greenery and comfort, this space was a perfect spot to visit the beaches within an hour's drive. We definitely recommend Jordan's place.

Had a nice stay at this cozy little cottage in Stinson Beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just a short drive to the beach and local spots. One thing to note for anyone who doesn’t use Airbnb often (like me): there’s no kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise since it’s listed as an entire home. Just something to be aware of when planning meals. Also, parking is on the street, which wasn’t super convenient at times. Still, overall a solid stay and would recommend for a low-key beach getaway.
