Michel was a great and responsive host. The house gave us plenty of comfortable space , and had wonderful cooking/kitchen supplies. The way Michel has set it up, as the one living there most of the time, kind of reminds me of the original Airbnb concept.

My friends and I stayed at Seaon’s home for about a week and we felt right at home. It was a cozy spot with a beautiful outdoor porch and garden to hang out in. There was enough beds for four adults and a baby. Seaon was very easy to communicate with and also responsive when we discussed anything regarding the house. The neighborhood was fairly quiet during our stay which is always nice. We drove to Oakland, San Francisco, and parts of wine country from the house and found it to be in a good central location. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay with your group.

We loved Amber's place! It has an amazing view of the Corte Madera Creek and Mt Tam East Peak. Watching sunrise and sunset on the outdoor balcony with the fit pit over coffee/drink is a must! Amber was super responsive both before and during the stay. When a few unexpected incidents occurred, Amber responded and addressed the matter promptly, while being out of town. We enjoyed hikes and walks right from the unit and highly recommend it!

Great location - lots of restaurants and brewpubs within walking distance. Private fenced in yard with outdoor furniture. Cool architecture, antique furniture and cooking stove. The park a few blocks away has access to huge open space with hiking trails. Responsive host. Would stay here again.

This was my second stay in April's Treehouse. I was lucky enough to spend 6 blissful nights there, sleeping soundly and waking to the chirping of birds in the treetops. This time I had my car, and April kindly provided daily street parking passes to accommodate it. For being smack in the middle of the city, I found street parking remarkably easy (mostly on Castro St, and Henry St on the other side of Castro St). Do not hesitate to book this dreamy place -- you've love it!

Paradise location. Apartment is big and convenient, nothing to wish for a great vacation home in Bay area. Point Richmond offers some good parks and food options, all in short walking distance. Beaches are close, within a reasonable public transportation you get to clean San Quentin beach, if you wish to swim. Berkeley downtown is within one hour on public transportation, offering plentiful of the restaurants for any taste, San Francisco is a bit further, but still not beyond the reach for no automobile travelers like us. Overall, will be back any time we can. Thanks Todd and Suzie.

How can you not love this place? Charming and roomy for two. Very nicely decorated, ample provisions, and snacks waiting at checkin. Host recommended a nearby chocolate shop and it was amazing! Tea and coffee were available and a water purifier was too. Highly recommend Cristina and Bryan as hosts!

The Airbnb was the perfect jumping-off point for an adventurous weekend exploring Bolinas, Stinson Beach, Point Reyes, and Tomales Bay. The space was impeccably clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend!
