Amazing apartment, super clean, well maintained and stocked with anything you might need, even for families with little kiddos. We didn’t need to bring anything in for the littles which was so convenient. Beautiful location, few blocks from Golden Gate Park, several playgrounds nearby. Very quiet area and calm streets. Includes parking which is huge in the city! Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Really great space for a family to spread out while visiting the Bay area! we drove in to San Fran several times rather than tackle the ferry with two little kids, but it was easy to get to and from this house!

Second year and stay at Janet’s place, definitely love it, also, the location is close to SFO that we don’t have to worry much on the traffic. Felt so warm when Janet got us some welcome snacks and fruits after long travel from the other state. Don’t have much to complain about, you gotta feel it yourself. If I ever come again next year, it will be still my choice.

Nancy's place was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation! She was very communicative, providing recommendations for local eats, and very responsive whenever we needed help with anything. Her home is very comfortable with lots of amenities (tea, coffee, snacks, water bottles) and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood and nearby to lots of restaurants. A wonderful stay overall!

Our stay at Nora's place was perfect. Great location! Quiet and out of the way but 5 mins by car from whatever we might want. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It is like being out of the city and not at the same time. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth. Lovely rooms, enough space for all 4 of us. The location is fantastic—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. Lei Anna was very helpful and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The house was really clean with nice amenities and well stocked. Sheets, towels, beds and furniture were comfortable and of good quality. Nice view of the cove and a short walk to the beach - although it’s a pretty steep street so the walk back up will get your heart pumping.

We had a great stay at Sharon’s home in San Mateo! We were displaced for a few nights and had to find somewhere quick- lucky this place had a couple nights free! Completely equipped with all toddler/baby needs-we were SO impressed!

The house is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient to cook in the kitchen. Bill and his family are very considerate in every detail. It is a great pleasure to live in the house. There is a trail behind the house. I like to take a walk there. It is near Safeway and Wholefoods. Shopping and eating out are very convenient.

We loved our stay at Anthony's place! The rooms were clean, there were closets stocked with more towels and blankets than we could ever need, the kitchen was well stocked and organized, and the back deck was the perfect place to take in morning sun and sip a cup of coffee. We would absolutely stay at Anthony's again!

This house is an absolute gem! It’s so cool, fantastic environment, beautifully decorated with everything you’ll need. It’s smack in the middle of amazing redwood trees, walkable to town and close to so many activities. The hosts are equally great, so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Our kids are already asking when we can go back!

Stanley and Virginia’s property is the most excellent and perfect stay we’ve ever had on Airbnb. So much so that at end of our time there, we felt like we wanted stay longer. While Stanley is the professor of maintenance keeping everything in pristine shape, Virginia is the doctor of beautiful and highly efficient design. Their heart of kindness and genuine care for the comfort and convenience of their guests is apparent in every single meticulously well thought out detail. Also, for a lite and difficult sleeper like myself, the building is solid and soundproof, and the beds are as comfortable as the sleep we have at home. Thank you, Stanley and Virginia, for making our time in Alameda the best experience it could possibly be. You bless us!

I stayed here for a month and it was great, I highly recommend! As described and seen in the pictures. Annie was helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I think this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a child or small/medium-sized pet. Clean and cozy with nice, warm lighting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was small but well-equipped, living room was roomy with a medium-sized couch, and bathroom more than sufficient. I loved relaxing on the deck as well! The neighborhood is hilly and beautiful, close to bus/ferry/restaurants/stores. Touristy downtown, but not as much in the immediate vicinity. I walked A LOT with my dog and enjoyed it, but the hills can be steep! Definitely a very safe area. The only “con” is, in my opinion, it’s just a bit expensive for the size. However, I understand it’s in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and am sure Airbnb fees/taxes account for a decent part of the cost. Suffice to say, this is a once-in-a-long-while stay for me. Hopefully that’s fair.

We had a wonderful stay at Yasmine and David’s place. They were perfect hosts - clear instructions and very responsive. The place was private, peaceful, and incredibly clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Marin. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Mill Valley.

My family & I had an awesome week in San Francisco at Adam’s place. The location is great, just steps away from Bernal Heights Park, where we were lucky enough to see a family of baby owls and crazy views of the city. The main road is 5 mins away and was filled with really cute shops & restaurants. The whole place is designed perfectly to feel like a private oasis in the city.

I had a magic few days at Lori and Mike's. I drive a VW passat and I found the drive up the mountain to be non-challenging and even very fun by the end. The hosts are cool and easy to get along with. A+ doggo. Hot tub was great. Pool was fun. I usually stay in SF when I'm in the Bay Area. This was much more lovely and relaxing, with SF close enough that going in for dinner or a show felt like it wasn't a big deal. 100% would recommend this place. I brought my cat and had my lady friend with me for a night. Everyone loved it.

If you’re looking for a few nights tucked away in the hills of Northern California, this is a great spot. It feels like a true retreat, but you’re still just a short drive from Sausalito, Mill Valley, Stinson Beach, downtown San Francisco, and more. The space is wonderfully designed—it has a real vibe—and our hosts were kind and helpful throughout.

Nancy was the nicest and most accommodating host we’ve had at a rental so far. We arrived late one evening when I realized I misplaced the dinner I’d packed to eat when we arrived and when I asked Nancy (who was greeting us when we first arrived) about pizza delivery options, she offered us a nice frozen cornbread pizza to cook in the rental. My hungry young son was so relieved. The backyard overlooks an incredibly green and peaceful hillside and we had such a relaxing time. Also downtown Fairfax is so close by and so adorable. Would love to come back!

This was our 3rd stay here and as always it was amazing! Jenny is the most thoughtful host and we can’t wait to be back again soon!

Had an amazing stay at Gina’s house for a girls retreat weekend. The house is amazing with really good vibes! Kitchen was fantastic for cooking group meals and overall could not have asked for a better place!

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

I rented Polina’s place for my daughter and toddler grandson during their visit to the area because my husband and I did not have room for them to stay with us. It was an excellent choice - a lovely well maintained unit on the grounds of Polina and her family’s home in the hills above Walnut Creek. Very peaceful area, yet close to downtown and transportation options. Polina was so kind and helpful, the unit has everything one would need for a short stay in the area. Highly recommended and a good value for the area.
