We enjoyed a great stay here! The cottage was cozy and clean. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. There was a great list of recommendations provided, and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood to a tasty breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

I was in the Bay Area for a work trip but wanted to find a quiet, safe spot to decompress. This garden and cabin were perfect! Everything was impeccably clean, and I loved that there is an emphasis on sustainability with a provided compost container - it's usually very difficult to stay eco-conscious while on the road. The animals were so soothing to be around! It got very chilly at night with some unusually cold weather for the area, but there were ample space heaters. The bathroom was small but very clean - I didn't get to use the shower since I was at a gym every day, but the tub was spacious. The hosts were very kind and offered to carry luggage and checked in if things were okay when we crossed paths. Street parking was extremely easy. I definitely recommend this spot!

We picked Victoria’s place because of location. We were taking Amtrak in the morning and this spot was within walking distance. It worked out great. It was also within walking distance to dining. So it all worked perfect for us. Because of some potential weather concerns we took an earlier flight and found ourselves with luggage and no car to store it in. I asked Victoria if we could drop off our luggage early before checkin. She let us checkin a few hours early which was a great help. We would stay here again, no problem. It was cozy quiet and perfect for us.

The Little Cottage on The Hill is a peaceful and serene sanctuary located along a cute garden path with lots of nature. The cottage is tranquil, quiet, cozy and very clean with beautiful yet simple wall art. Very charming yet simple details create a calming environment. Easy self checkin and the Hosts thought of all the details. Yoga in the garden or reading a good book under tree would do well. Eco concious, safe and quiet. I highly recommend.

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

I love staying here!!! It is very homey and relaxing and quiet and I feel safe. Margaret and Phil are lovely people. And their golden retriever Sadie is very fun and LOVES having tennis ball’s thrown for her. She never barks. It’s located in a really quiet safe neighborhood to walk around in.

This is a lovely little place conveniently located near North Berkeley and University Village. It's a safe family neighborhood with parking. Raquel is very responsive and I highly recommend this accommodation.

My family had a great time at Elsa. Perfect location to go out and about at the plethora of local restaurants. Perfect for EV’s charger worked flawlessly and we had a blast! Thanks Elsa!

What a beautiful designed and executed place. If you're into the details, this is the one. Beautiful (and heated) tile in the bathroom, multiple fine woodworking touches in the cabinetry. Just a serene and aesthetically interesting place. And the street is absolutely charming.

I had a serene couple of nights in the bitty house where I went to have some quiet time after a very busy season. The ceilings are high, so it doesn’t feel so bitty, and the outside deck with the hot tub is a spacious paradise to relax in. I loved watching the sun go down during my soaks. Eugenia was easy to reach and set up the space for a total comfort and ease. I would happily return here and would suggest this place for anyone looking for a very comfortable and cozy stay in the Berkeley Hills.

Ena’s cozy cottage was a perfect place for our week-long stay in Alameda. Very clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and a convenient location! Ena was very accommodating and kind in using hypoallergenic cleaning products to meet our needs. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Alameda!

Beth's home was the perfect setting for a quick weekend getaway. The home was easy to find and the check in process was smooth. The home was in pristine condition and had all the amenities and supplies for a comfortable stay. The home is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but is steps away from shops and restaurants. Beth is a responsive host and provides a welcoming setting for rest and relaxation. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb location. It was as per the description and the host was responsive to my questions. The directions were clear on finding the place and easy to check-in. In addition, I liked that the location was close to breakfast places and coffee places.

Liriola and Ramsey were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was beyond perfect. They really care about making sure their guests feel at home and have everything they need. The space was beautiful and well stocked. I don’t think I could have hoped for anything better, and I would recommend anyone to stay here with no reservations.

The location was very quiet and private, and her backyard is a beautiful space to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable and cozy, and the bathroom and kitchen were clean and functional. Very well laid out and supplied, comfortable casita. Space is small but has virtually everything you need, and host is very helpful. We would definitely return.

Merriewood Retreat was perfect for our multi-day stay. It is extremely peaceful and quiet, has a comfortable (and adjustable) king-sized bed, and an enclosed garden if you have a dog. The high ceiling and views of the garden out the sliding glass doors add to the relaxing ambiance. The kitchenette has a small fridge, hot plate, and microwave oven. Marilyn's communication was authentic and unparalleled. We will stay there again the next time we are in the Bay Area!

I was visiting my daughter and her family for the holidays. It was very convenient for me to walk to her place. Beautiful neighborhood. It was just perfect for me.
