Excellent house, it has a very good location, pleasant and safe environment, the house is very spacious and with all the amenities, as described in the ad, and Abraham is very attentive and helpful with everything.

Everything great, we like the place very much, it’s a home. It’s near our activities. With slightly better sheets it would be perfect for our team. It’s still great and we love it.

It's a gorgeous location with an incredible patio and space to spread out. We were able to cook, put luggage away in the huge closets, the kids loved the pool of course. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Jonathan's home is stunning. The copious amount of windows, gorgeous decor, and beautiful vistas were such a pleasure to wake up to and come home to after a day exploring the city or the beach. The charming cobblestone streets leading up the hill are very walkable and close enough to the city to feel like you're within easy access, yet not in the fray of it all. The stroll through the park of Isla Cuale day or night on the way home was such a nice way to decompress from the busy city streets before reaching Jonathan's oasis. The rooftop deck/palapa/dipping pool is life with incredible views and lovely breezes. I miss this place already and have been daydreaming about it since we left. Maria (the daily housekeeper) is delightful without being intrusive. Susan & Victor (property managers) were helpful when needed and silent when not. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are on different levels, creating a sense of privacy for both sets of couples. The master bath shower is semi open-air (but private) and I miss it deeply. Can't say enough good things about this place. We'd definitely stay again on our next trip.

Juan Pedro arranged seamless transport from the airport with Cesar. We were met by Veronica who cleaned weekly and provided jugs of water or anything else we wanted. She was a quick message away and lived close by. We loved the villa from first sight! It exudes Mexican charm and comfortable luxury. Views are breath taking and often during February and March we watched whales from our terrace. The location was great as we septuagenarians walked daily into town then took a cheap Uber home. There are innumerable international stands and restaurants where you can spend as much or as little as you wish to sample outstanding cuisine. We were there for six weeks, ate out daily and were never sick nor bored. We had family and friends visit and had plenty of space. There are three levels each with full bathrooms and furnished balconies. Finally, a shout out to Lars who was committed to our safety and comfort. We were ready to return next year but the villa has been booked. Thank you all!

In general, my stay was pleasant, you can enjoy the view and the location, the house in general is very nice, I highly recommend it to have a good vacation. Due to its location, it is easy to go out to buy groceries and other necessary things.

The hose Gamaliel , very friendly and very helpful. Anything that I needed it she was there answering questions plus excellent service from him, I was very impressed with the detail on the apartment excellent view and super peaceful time I spend best of all all the restaurants are near the apartment of walking distance close to the beach and lot activities to do I highly recommend staying in these beautiful place

Charming place! The place is near the puerto (ideal if you have planned excursions) and a short walk to the beach. Suzanne was very accommodating and responsive; she had the best recommendations! Would stay here again.

This was a pretty great spot. The amenities (pool, roof, room) were top notch, the responsiveness to communication was spot on, and the location was perfect for Zona Romantica. I wished the host would have provided two access keys and door keys (we asked but they said they were not available) so my partner and I didn't have to manage passing off keys if we were not returning to the AirBnb at the same time. Not a huge deal, but would have been helpful.

The unit was perfect for a couple, everything was described precisely. Just a worry is the TV making me anxious that it might fall off, probably worth replacing the mounting. But, everything was good! Thank you to the hosts, Irina and Alejandro, for accommodating our inquiries and requests.

A Perfect Retreat in the Heart of Zona Romantica I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb in the heart of Zona Romantica, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The location is truly unbeatable – just steps away from the vibrant energy of the neighborhood with its cafes, restaurants, and shops, yet once inside, it’s remarkably peaceful and quiet. It felt like the best of both worlds. The space was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. What really stood out was how tranquil the space was despite being so close to everything. I could easily stroll to the beach, explore the lively streets of Zona Romantica, and still return to a quiet sanctuary where I could relax and unwind after a day out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to be close to the action but also have a peaceful place to stay.

This place is fantastic. It was perfect for a college group's 50th birthday trip, as we each had private suites and private bathrooms. Josephina and Dellia are wondeful and attentive with cleaning and cooking fabulous brunches each day. Having them help with airport transportation ensured we went there without any issues, and we kept our driver for the entire trip. Each suite is well furnished with unique original artwork. This place is a classic, old-world, charming place in Mexico. All the rooms and bathrooms are somehow open to the outside. It was perfect weather in January, and we didn't need our fans. On the weekends, there is a bit of noise from the streets below, but the river next to the complex is a lovely sound. We enjoyed the wildlife that wandered through the place. The pool was clean and wonderful. Walkable to markets and restaurants- great location! Beats any 5-star resort because you have the entire place to yourself.

The house was just as lovely as described and the staff made sure that everyone was taken care of during the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting PV.

This property is a hidden gem that checks all the boxes. Stunning views, comfortable common areas for relaxing in the shade or the sun, expansive heated pool, thoughtfully laid out bedrooms each with their own unique theme and attention to detail right down to cozy duvets and quality linens, and the kitchen...solidly equipped to prepare anything you desire; and, if you must work, there is a reliable, fast internet connection. Pati's house manager Pelon and housekeeper Sonia are consummate professionals. We couldn't have asked for a more responsive, delightful team. It is evident that they love the home and are committed to maintaining it. As another reviewer stated, pictures can't convey the beauty of this home. After 10 years of renting various homes of similar size and amenity in San Pancho, we rate this one the best and consider ourselves very lucky to have experienced this special property. We will be back :)

Villa Sevilla was an incredible place to stay — peaceful, stylish, and perfectly located in Zona Romántica, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most vibrant and walkable areas. It’s right next to The Lookout Bar, which has some of the best views in the city, and just steps away from Casa Cupula, a popular destination in the area. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with lush jungle surroundings, panoramic views of the mountains and ocean, and a relaxing open-air vibe. The space was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed — full kitchen, two pools, lounge areas, and 24/7 access. The Mercedes van service made getting around effortless. The driver and maintenance man, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. The villa’s cook and cleaner, was amazing — we provided the groceries, and she cooked us whatever we wanted. It truly felt like a personalized, resort-level experience. Alexander was a fantastic host, always responsive and accommodating.
