Oh my goodness, we can’t say enough about this special place. It was so spacious and had a spectacular view. The decorations in the house were amazing and the owners have brought in beautiful arts from all over Mexico and other countries. You have the whole floor to yourself, in fact it was so spacious that we joked that we kept getting lost. It was hard to leave this luxurious place to go and explore. The beach was perfect for swimming, never crowded and the grounds were kept immaculate. Only 6 units so it was never crowded like other condo rentals. A few minutes walk to all the action. There is some construction next door but the noise was only minimal. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night. If you are lucky enough to have this place available for your dates, don’t hesitate to book. We wished we could have stayed forever.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Grand Venetian complex is very safe, clean and has lots to offer. The unit is basic, comfortable and meets one’s needs. The host and his team were very attentive. We totally recommend it.

Excellent place, I would stay again without a doubt

The apartment is very quiet with mountain views. It is well furnished, modern, clean and comfortable. As the balcony is located on the hillside, it is less exposed to the sun. That's what made it even more enjoyable. Everything we needed for our stay was available. We found the availability of a washer/dryer in the apartment very convenient. On arrival the host had provided us with a 20 liter container of drinking water. The only downside is the mini-fridge located under the counter. It is not practical for a longer stay. On the other hand, the host informed me that he was preparing a kitchen redevelopment project to replace the mini-fridge with a larger and more conventional refrigerator. The complex is located very close to the sea, 2 steps from a beautiful beach and very close to the center of a peaceful and safe village as well as a superb marina.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Despite the time difference due to where Brian lives, he was always attentive to any questions, very kind. The place is very nice, the condominium has very clear rules that must be taken into account. The small beach has many stones. In general, in Bucerias these days, there are many stones, which was not the case a few years ago, to consider. The sundecks are very comfortable, as is the pool. Although the restaurant has limited hours, it is very good and the staff are very, very friendly. Our overall stay was very pleasant.

This condo is beautiful - the views are amazing- especially sunset! Walkable to every thing you need. Well stocked. The condo and whole property are very well cared for.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

The best thing about the place is the view, the sunsets look amazing, everything is super equipped, very conveniently located, the response was always very fast, we would definitely come back.

Excellent AirBnB with a gorgeous view. Love the area and location (definitely the peaceful and serene side of PV, but also close to a lot of great restaurants in Zona Romantica). The host is very responsive. There's a really nice bathtub in addition to a shower. Overall, no complaints here. The view is breathtaking - probably one of the best views in PV.

We spent a few quiet days, we had a 👌🏻great time. Antonio was always attentive🙏🏻, the apartment had everything and was very nice and the club is not to be missed 👌🏻

Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

We spent an amazing family week. The apartment is modern, comfortable, a spacious balcony with an unbeatable view. The 3 bedrooms very well good bathrooms , full kitchen. The building has restaurant that we used a couple of times, service at the beach and pool, many places to be with lounge chairs and palapas, beautiful pool and very good beach. Super safe easy for guys to move x the property. Rosy was always very kind, she made it easier for us to check in, always active to respond and give suggestions, a hostess worried because we felt comfortable at all times. Highly recommended for families.

Dave’s condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Had everything you need to make a meal or sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

High-end accommodations with spectacular ocean views. Super clean and wonderful front desk staff. Pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Proximity to one restaurant was convenient when not eating in town. 15 minute walk to Zona Romantica and walking back requires some stamina. The only downsides are if you are particular about sheets, be aware the ones used on both beds are 100% polyester. We heard significant party music two nights out of the week we stayed—not coming from the building, but from others visiting the area.

An excellent place to spend a few days relaxing with the necessary amenities.
