Villa vacation rentals in Novalja

We found this house to be very practical for six adults, equipped with everything we needed for a fun stay. It's also very spacious - especially loved the roominess of the bathrooms! Air conditions in all the bedrooms were much appreciated during the hot summer nights in the middle of August. And the area is fantastic with the sea so close and a small market within walking distance as well. The town is small and peaceful in comparison with lots of other places on Pag. Eduard is a very personable, accommodating, and likable host. Highly recommend!

We were a twelve-person group of friends who stayed at Jürgen's villa. Communication with Jürgen was great, he responded quickly to questions and was always able to help us. Check-in was straightforward and fast. Located just outside of Novalja, the villa has a very nice view of the sea. Modern furnishings with everything you need for your vacation. Here and there, however, there were small defects such as loose towel racks or toilets doors that cannot be locked. Otherwise, there is nothing big to complain about. We had our fun despite bad weather and thanks to the large conservatory with heating we could sit "outside" even in the rain.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Petra 1 in Novalja, Croatia, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The villa is stunning, situated conveniently near the center of Novalja, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Nice, luxurious accommodations. The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone in our group. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have their own terraces, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely Croatian weather. One of the highlights of our stay was the private pool. It was a wonderful amenity that made our vacation even more special. Definitely eat at Old Man and the Sea five min walk down the street. High end but good. Store 10 min the other way. Liquor two blocks: It’s quiet but also an active area. Don’t expect silence, others are having good times nearby, embrace it.

Sanja was a welcoming and lovely host, offering early and late check in/out and even offering us help to buy food at the local supermarket. She went above and beyond with local restaurant and shop recommendations, even supplying bus timetables and advice for transfers. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The villa itself was stunning and in a perfect private location. Only a 20 minute walk from the town centre and a 10 minute Taxi to Zrcé beach. From Isabelle, Archie and the gang we would say it’s well worth the visit and would gladly come again <3

We had an amazing stay at Zoran’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Zoran was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa itself was stunning, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Zoran’s hospitality truly made our stay special. We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Nadia and Jelena provided us with great support and were always available when we needed something. Recommendable if you want to relax, but also really easy to get to neighbouring towns/festival places. Thank you for bestowing us with an awesome trip.

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.
