Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Novalja

The house has spacious spaces, very clean, a nice view on the sea and the sunset. The kitchen has everything you need. The area is really quiet and surrounded by nature. We really appreciated the pool. Really nice vacation!

Very nice family, the father produces great wines, shaded terrace, unfortunately close to the street.

Checkin was very easy, the apartment was very clean and as the pictures showed. Old Town Nin is only a few minutes walk away with lots of shops and cafes. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay here....a couple of days of rest on our cycle touring journey. Nada & her husband were very friendly & helpful, the location was perfect & the flat was great. It was lovely to have the pool & the outdoor seating area. The flat was well equipped & beds really comfy. Would recommend.

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

The flat is well furnished and spacious. The best is the view from the balcony to the sea...beautiful. To bathe in the pool or sea you only have to walk a few meters. Restaurants and supermarket are also nearby. The contact with Ante was super friendly and pleasant. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the apartment throughout.

Gordan is an extremely accommodating host with apartments in a great location

The location of the accommodation is perfect and easy to find. You can park in the yard, where the hotel’s security guard takes care of the safety of both cars and guests. The people working there are very nice and helpful. The entire area of ​​the apartment and the yard was very clean and tidy. I can only recommend it to everyone, I hope I will go to Gordan again. ❤️

The accommodation is very clean and the rooms well furnished. The pool area was perfect also. The apartments are located centrally with a short walk to the centre of town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Gordon went above and beyond. He was a fantastic host and always available for any advice needed for our stay in Novalja. He even cooked us a traditional bbq for lunch one day using the grill which was great. I would recommend booking this accommodation if you are visiting Novalja. Thanks again!

Very easy to communicate with the host

Our stay was great. We have had the top apartment and thus a very good view. There is a big pool and gym. There is also no lack of offers such as jet skiing. Gordan even grilled for everyone once, it was very delicious. On site, everyone was very friendly, we felt very much at home. We will be happy to come back👍🏼

We had an amazing stay at Gordan’s place. Will definitely come back if we ever travel to Novalja again. The place was clean, the area peaceful and well equipped (pool, gym, AC, etc.). The communication with Gordan was clear and easy. +1 for the great restaurant recommendations. :)

The place was very good, no traffic, as dead end - very quiet. Pleasant host - just straightforward. What I felt was good, the host makes bicycles available, for example, to go to the bakery in the morning. There was nothing missing. Thank you again and best regards.

This airbnb is worth whatever price you pay for it. We booked for a week, so we got a really good deal, but I would’ve paid double. This place is beautiful. There is several markets close, the lake is just a walk down the stairs with a private dock, and there is a separate area with the gym, hot tub, sauna and whatnot. There’s a paddleboard provided as well. Only bad part is that maps doesn’t route you to the right house, you have to drive a bit further than it says. 10/10.

5 stars is not enough, this stay was a 10! Marin is a wonderful host, so accommodating, he helped in any way. He took part in the surprise of my sister coming to visit after years apart and it was SO SPECIAL! He left pool toys for the kids, also seemed like he bought a highchair and crib for our baby they were so new and clean! He left a bottle of wine for birthday celebrations. Just an incredible host who cares about his guests. The home itself was so clean, equipped with everything you may need. Marin always responded quickly with suggestions, reservations, any questions. This was the best air bnb stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed at Iva's place for a week. The apartment was very clean and completely sufficient for the 2 of us with a small dog. Everything you needed was there. We can only recommend this apartment and also Iva as a host. We would be happy to come back ourselves. LG Lenka and Johannes

We have stayed as two families with all about 7 people. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was as described and pictured and absolutely clean. It could have been a little bit better equipped (kitchen) and it would be great to have more air conditioning in more rooms, because with only fans in the bedrooms (except one) it is getting really too hot these days. But overall we had a wonderful time and the pool is amazing. It is a clear recommendation and thanks for having us. We had a great week!

It was a very pleasant stay, the house was large, and the two families stayed comfortably.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend
