Monthly Rentals in Notting Hill

I stayed at Warwick’s flat for 3 weeks and had an incredible experience! The flat itself is beautiful and has at the furnishings I needed. I worked remotely and the desk/wifi connection was ideal for my stay. Warwick and Demi are lovely. Warwick was in his house (attached) if anything was needed and the most friendly, kind host. Notting Hill is an idyllic location and absolutely beautiful in the early spring. The location is easily accessible to central London on the tube and also lots to do within walking distance (restaurants, shopping, Holland and Hyde Parks). I always felt safe as well. Overall, 5 stars and I cannot wait to come back and stay again! Thank you Warwick & Demi!

Mole is lovely and communicates back to you promptly. Her daughter met my daughter and I the morning we checked in and made it all very easy. The flat is bright and cheerful and was clean. A few things to note, be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs with your luggage. My daughter stayed for over 2 months and her luggage was a struggle to get up the stairs. Also, the bathroom is quite narrow and tight and the washer in the kitchen is just a washer, not a dryer but my daughter ended up taking her clothes to a laundry service anyway. The area is beautiful and very close to dining and coffee and literally anything! You are very near portobello road and the market which is fun. Overall, my daughter very much enjoyed her stay here. Sophie’s place was great! In the best location and her apartment felt like we were right at home

I had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place — it really is the heart of notting hill, extremely walkable to all the best places, within arm’s reach from Westbourne Grove and Ben was extremely accommodating and patient with all my requests. The flat is bright, spacious and well equipped with everything one might need whilst the living room faces a peaceful garden square. I felt really safe staying there and it was the perfect base to explore London
