Marco was a fantastic host - exceptionally helpful and super quick to respond throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by sharing his personal favourites on a custom map for guests, which guided us to some of the best local restaurants, stunning Mediterranean beaches, and hidden gems we’d never have discovered on our own. Syracuse is a very walkable city, and Marco’s apartment is ideally located between the vibrant heart of Ortigia and a peaceful biking trail, where we could enjoy sunrise and sunset views in tranquillity. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated Marco’s commitment to responsible tourism—he made sorting and recycling easy for guests in the building and encouraged us to minimize waste to help preserve the island’s beauty. All in all, we’d be very happy to return and recommend Marco’s apartment wholeheartedly. Grazie mille!

Beautiful place to stay, very well decorated, great pool and lots of interesting things to discover in the area. We felt very comfortable with Paola and Giorgio. Only the neighboring cats came very often to eat on the terrace.

This is a well equipped, extremely clean and well-maintained apartment in a perfect location with a terrace overlooking Ragusa Ibla. Gianni is extremely helpful and responsive. We recommend it and would certainly stay here again!

Excellent living experience. Convenient location: supermarket, bakery, bar (a tip for a superb breakfast "Milk and Coffee" Corso Gelone 22) equidistant -10/15 '- from Ortigia and Archaeological Park. The apartment is cozy, quiet and fully equipped. Anna was kind, very helpful for our check-in and check-out needs and prompt in answering our questions. Definitely recommended.

We stayed with Marco for a total of 10 days and had a very nice time! The apartment is very nice and clean and the pool is a great refreshment in the warmth. Communication with Marco and Miri was also great, highly recommended overall!

Carmelo was a very helpful and accommodating host (we were able to communicate well with a mix of Italian and English). The property is located in a great location, in the small private courtyard you can have breakfast and enjoy the tranquility. Walking, they are quickly in the historic center and at various restaurants. A free parking is about a 7-minute walk away, which is also very convenient. Clean, nice and quiet place to stay with a very nice host!

This space is really quite beautiful. Thoughtfully designed with loads of space. The rooftop deck is a huge bonus and is a great spot to spend a couple hours on in the evening with a bottle of wine. The home is located on quite a busy street, however once you shut the front door behind you all of the noise completely disappears. There is public parking just a stones throw away, so if you have a car you don’t need to stress about parking. The home is located within walking distance (2-3 minutes) of everything but is located far enough away from all the tourists which is a nice escape. The one issue we had was that one of the bathrooms, which was located in the room we stayed in, had a foul odor. We noticed a previous review mentioned it, and apparently the solution was to use an overly powerful air freshener to mask the smell. It wasn’t a pleasant and we ended up not using that bathroom and used the other one for our stay. Other than that, we really did love our stay

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

An amazing stay in the heart of Modica. Everything is close by and the home is super cozy. Giuseppe was also an incredibly nice host. 100% would recommend!

Alessandro is a nice, helpful and attentive person. We found the apartment very clean and equipped with everything we needed as a family. It's about a 15-minute walk to Ortigia. Park the car and run without any problems.

Summer vacation of absolute relaxation! We stayed at this facility in the 4th week of July. The house, newly built, offers all the comforts a family wants , especially with the presence of children, taking into account immediate access to the beach, bordered by only one gate. Equally appreciated was the green garden space, well cared for, including the presence of games and the beach equipment available to guests. A note of merit also for the managers/owners of the house, courteous and available to meet any need as soon as possible. The house also enjoys a great location, strategic to reach the towns of Avola, Noto and Ortigia, all almost equidistant from the structure (about 15/20 km) As for walking in the area, Fontane Bianche certainly does not allow excellent pedestrian mobility, but there are still essential services, bars, markets, restaurants, etc.

Nice house in a quiet place by a rocky shore. Great beds too. Too bad that there is so much garbage on the street in the coastal region of Sicily, as in this village. The village has a nice restaurant but there are no shops. It was very quiet at the beginning of May. Nearby, there is more than enough to see: nature, archaeology and cities such as Noto and Syracusa are beautiful.

For our first trip to the south of Sicily, my husband and our children aged 6 and 8 have chosen this lovely place because it seemed to meet all our needs, and once we reached it was beyond our expectations. The the house is nestled in an olive grove, private pool and always clean, equipped with a soccer/tennis court where we could all have fun together. The house is very large, equipped with everything, nothing is missing! The outdoor space is very large, comfortable, and well cared for. Tina and her husband were immediately very welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The oil they produce is really great. Highly recommended.

Very nice location, a short drive to bigger towns and shops. The apartment was exactly as described. We had a pleasant stay.

The studio is a lovingly furnished and utterly stylish place, which has all the amenities you would want for a longer stay. It is situated in a quiet side street right in the middle of lovely Ortigia (Syracua´s old / ancient town). All the sights, cafés and restaurants, the supermarket and the street market are reachable within less than 5 minutes. The train / bus station iis about a 20 minutes walk away. If you should encounter any problem the host will instantly reply to your messages and help you in solving it. Bottom line: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I enjoyed my four weeks there very much! (... and yes, you can switch the LED-party-lights off, of course. 😅)

We appreciated the personal contact with Nataliya and Francesco very much. When there was a small problem with the super new oven, they offered their own oven to grill our melanzani. Thank you again!! Also for your valuable recommendations as to fishmonger, restaurants, supermarket. We felt very much at home. We really enjoyed our sunny breakfasts on the street side terrace, meeting very friendly neighbours.

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Our host Marcelo was great. Made some great recommendations and got us fresh towels when we asked. It close to a great cocktail bar which for us wasn’t a problem because we tend to go to bed late and ended up there most nights. However, I could see it being a slightly noisy for some. The bets sandwich store is right near by. We had a lovely time and would love to be back. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment - light, spacious and well equipped - in a quiet square at the centre of Ortigia. The hosts, Carmela and Alessandro, were both extremely friendly and helpful, and we couldn’t rate them highly enough - would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Siracusa.

Fantastic getaway in Solarino. Well placed for day trips to anywhere in Sicily. Great host. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Plenty of amenities. Couldn’t ask for more.
