Condo vacation rentals in Noto

a very functional apartment at the gates of Ortigia, so city center easily accessible on foot, we have always managed to park our car near the apartment whatever the extra time the week of August 15! Maria proved to be an extremely attentive and friendly host

Everything was a charm, from the beginning, we arrived a little earlier and Daniele allowed us to enter very empathetic and everything right thank you very much 🫂

Alberto's apartment is just great, breathtaking ofc the view to the sea and located at THE most charming walk way to see the sunset. It's very clean and exactly like documented in the pictures. I was missing a couch though to be honest for reading or relaxing. Also an access to netflix would have been great (since i am not speaking Italian - the italian tv channels are numerous). But other than that - a very nice experience. Thanks Alberto!

Gabriele was a friendly and welcoming host, I found a tray of butter cookies to accompany my stay. House is new, American fridge dispensing water and ice. The Wi-Fi is amazing speed, I worked remotely without having any hitch. The house is located in the second historic center of the city, just 4 minutes on foot, you can admire the painting of Caravaggio (Michelangelo Merisi), the Paolo Orsi museum, the Greek theater and archaeological park and just an 8-minute walk you can reach the historic center of Ortigia. Nearby there are also more than 2 supermarkets where you can buy everything. If I have to go back to Syracuse, I will definitely stay at Cappero Home.

Giuseppe is a wonderful guest - very helpful, kind and caring. We felt right at home with him. The property is wonderful! Very close to the sea, with a wonderful bay and almost no tourists. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle, Giuseppe's house is perfect! You will find everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with a comfortable bed and a private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower. It is a great starting point for exploring Catania, Taormina or Syracuse. In the area there are many grocery stores, a pharmacy and a hospital, but to enjoy all the services you will need a car, which you can rent at the airport or in Augusta. Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

Great place to stay visiting Syracuse. Good parking place. Many shops and restaurants around.

I spent 2 wonderful weeks in Syracuse in November. I chose the apartment for its central location (walking distance to my language school and the old town) and its proximity to the sea. There is nothing wrong with the amenities, everything is great for me. Highlight for athletes: In 2 minutes you can reach the Pista Bicicletta where you can jog for kilometers on the beach. I'd love to come back.

I had such a good time to come back twice. I'm on my third stay with this stay. And if there are other occasions, it will always be the first choice.

Nothing to say, very cozy, well-kept, clean and comfortable apartment. Scicli amazes by its beauty and elegance, shops open even at night...to visit! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to go back!

A lovely apartment in a perfect location. Giancarlo and Helena are friendly, thoughtful hosts. You won't find a nicer home in Ragusa.

Our stay at casa Celeste was terrific. Damiano and Adda’s apartment is perfect with all the comforts of home. And that’s exactly how it felt - like staying in someone’s home. Damiano was a great host and super responsive. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre but we actually enjoyed the all especially after lovely dinners out. Great spot for exploring the area - 20 drive to Marzamemi and 35 min to Siracusa. We also explored the beaches and our favourite was the Lido di Noto. We headed to e end of the beach where there’s tons of parking and it was very clean. Hope to be back again soon.

The flat is a great base for a stay in Siracusa - it’s very near Ortigia but also convenient for public transport. In less than a minute’s walk you can see the beautiful shimmering sea. In November it was beautiful and warm! Fabio was always quick to reply to any messages and he and his father were great hosts. A good range of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Highly recommended!

Loved staying here! I will definitely be back! I slept like a baby. It’s very convenient and close by everything!

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.

Our stay at the apartment 'A Mecca' was a very special experience. In it's simplicity it allowed us to experience Modica's beauty. Letizia was very helpful and shared with us all the best places to eat and visit, and she also gave us an overview of the history of Modica. The apartment is set just off via Umberto I, in a quite alley, making it the perfect place for a quick escape. Within a few minutes you are in the centre of town. If you are traveling by car there is parking a short walk away and there is a petrol station in the vicinity. The apartment is small yet cosy and we felt completely at home. Topping all this off is the stunning view from the terrace. We cannot recommend this property enough and we can't wait to visit again. Letizia, thank you for making us feel right at home.

Had a very nice stay of several nights in the 2nd floor apartment in this quiet house surrounded by a large oasis of greenery and with a beautiful and large pool. Sunbeds available. The hostess is always responsive and her family discreet. If you are a late riser don't forget a mask because the blackout curtains are not really and there are no shutters. The apartment on the 1st floor seems to have a larger terrace, at least with a view of the pool. Her 2nd bedroom has a real window and not veluxes like on the 2nd floor.

Everything was perfect, Francesco was very kind and helpful, I recommend it to everyone and we will probably be back again.

Our stay at Jo and Davide‘s place was more than amazing! This place is beautiful with everything you need! We stayed with three girls for our first visit to Sicily! It was the perfect location to explore the south of the island. Must see‘s are Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and much more! The hosts shared a lot of tips! Our highlight was the pool with the stunning view! We want to highlight that the place is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Thanks Jo and Davide! We will for sure come back!

We spent about ten days on this very nice privileged estate. An ideal setting surrounded by orchards with cicadas and crickets. We have taken the apartment accommodation with the balcony which makes it possible to have a comfortable living space. What we also enjoyed was the calm away from the tourist mass in the countryside. This place is very intimate for couples in need of relaxing. The pool is really a plus to cool off and have fun. There are only twenty minutes to go to Syracuse or Noto. We were in a golden triangle. The caring hosts also welcomed us very well with a late and flexible arrival. They provided us with clear and accurate access information. Recommended ++++

We enjoyed our time and would like to thank Gianluca and his family, especially Maria and Sebastiano for taking so much care of the property. We have been invited to an Aperitivo with Sicilian wine and food, we loved it. We can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to stay around Noto/ Marzamemi. Our stay at this beautiful villa was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were captivated by the stunning views that surrounded the property.
