Vacation home rentals in Sicily

We were two Canadian couples staying for 5 nights (after visiting Milano/Genova), with a car that we rented at Catania airport. We arrivred at 9PM but our host Nando was communicating us and received us in person. Upon arrival, fridge had some complimentary sandwiches, juice drinks and snacks, and a delicious homemade cake. Lovely place, peaceful, spacious, additional to detail, comes as advertised. Beautiful 180 degree view, when sitting outside by the pool, and even from main salon/kitchen. Loved the bedrooms and in particular the high quality mattresses and sheets. Made good use of the washing machine as we had a lot of laundry from our first week in Italy. Nando was very thoughful and proactive in checking in on us and suggesting places to visit and eat at. Good location, about a 10-15 minute drive to Taormina parking and a short drive to get on highway to visit Mount Etna or Syracuse/Ortigia. We had a wonderful stay in Sicily, thank you Nando!

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

We spent six nights at CasaRosetta and had a really great time. Luisa welcomed us with her husband Gioacchino, making us feel immediately at ease. For the house, trust the photos, it's just like that: bright, clean and equipped with everything you need. The enchanting terrace will probably be the place where you will spend most of your time. The location is ideal to reach all the places "to see" by car in this part of Sicily. Thanks again Luisa!

We had an exceptional stay at Claudio's! As soon as we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive. The apartment was perfectly clean, well-equipped and as described, with everything you need to feel at home. Claudio was very responsive to our messages and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The location is ideal, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Damian and Corrada were really lovely hosts, they received us together with their son! They showed all around and gave us some Italian desserts ❤️ The apartment is really clean, it feels like staying in an hotel. We parked the car right in front on the apartment which was really convenient. The beach was less than 5 minute drive which was great. The only downside were a few noises early in the morning. Other than that it was a great stay!

A lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay. Ideal for couples. The apartment was clean to a high standard and had a really comfy bed, we asked for extra pillows and we were given them straight away. Lovely swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. It was very quiet around the pool and on some days we had it all to ourselves. we stayed in a ground floor apartment and had a lovely terrace to sit outside. fantastic air conditioning and kept the room lovely and cool. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of room for free parking right outside.

We stayed at the house for couple of days. It is a quiet area with a big outside area. Francesco is a great host. Very helpful and responsive. He even bought a new high chair for our daughter (1 year old). The place has everything you need. To get around it is easiest to have a car. We enjoyed our stay 😊 would recommend this place!

The Mariateresa and Andrea Structure is beautiful and in a fantastic location. According to us the most beautiful house as well as white fountains. The view of the bay from the super spacious terrace both in the morning, day and evening and spectacular. The house has everything you need and tastefully furnished. The cleanliness of the house was also impeccable and the outdoor spaces (garden, parking space, outdoor shower) round everything up. The communication was at the top, kindness, very useful information and quick to respond and was really to be copied from other Hosts. If you want to spend a vacation in absolute carefree, in a magical place in one of the most beautiful corners of Sicily, choose this house. We had a very nice time at the place. The area is great, there are very nice beaches and a lot to discover. However, you are dependent on a rental car, as there is no way to buy food etc. in the village itself. We also really liked the pool, especially in the evening to watch the sunset. The accommodation itself as well as the communication with the host were very good. The only drawback for me was that the Wi-Fi regularly failed, which was problematic for me as I worked remotely for a few days and was dependent on a stable Internet connection. Overall, we are very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation!

Marcello is a great host, the apartment is really clean and spacious and he had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do!

The house has a much more beautiful view than I had imagined, with an ocean and mountain view. Los amaneceres son preciosos. La terraza es perfecta para desayunar con los primeros rayos del sol y el canto de los pájaros, o para disfrutar un vino bajo la luz de la luna. Los jardines son muy bonitos y están bien cuidados. Salvo es muy amable, estuvo muy pendiente de nuestro check in y dispuesto a ayudarnos cuando tuvimos problemas con el alquiler del carro. The house has a much more beautiful view than I had imagined, with a view of the sea and the mountains. The sunrises are stunning. The terrace is perfect for having breakfast with the first rays of the sun and the sound of birdsong, or for enjoying a glass of wine under the moonlight. The gardens are very lovely and well-maintained. Salvo is very kind; he was very attentive during our check-in and willing to help us when we had problems with the car rental.

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful of a stay we’ve had at Angela’s. She and her family (hello Ovidio, Rosa, Lina, Tigro, Ruga, Kiki, Etna, and Ciccio!) are some of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve come across. The house is absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and peaceful place. But there was more to this stay than just the house and views. We truly felt apart of their family, so open and loving. If you plan to stay here, please get to know Angela and her family. We have made long lasting friendships and memories, from boat rides to family dinners. Angela, you will forever be apart of our hearts (and Ossi’s 😉). We will surely keep in touch, and be back for a stay with Angela at the soonest possible time. WE LOVE YOU ALL! ❤️

I had a really pleasant stay in this apartment. Ignazio was always available and ready to respond to any request. The apartment is furnished with great care and attention to detail, offering everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring the area and close to many places of interest. A really positive experience, definitely recommended!

Donatellas place was lovely and big with stunning views out to the port and ocean from the multiple terraces. It was truly amazing. My mother in law (who was travelling with us) was born in nearby Valchiesa and we were back to visit relations. We visited the house where she was born and lots of relations who fed us very well. Some of us hiked to the top of nearby Monte del Fossa Felci which is the higher of the two volcanic peaks on Salina. An elevation of 960 metres above sea level from where the views were gobsmacking. The house was great and well featured and fitted the 6 of us very nicely. Unfortunately we had to leave two days early due to a storm and bad weather coming in which meant that the ferries to and from the islands would not be running for about 5 days. We would love to return again in summertime. We would highly recommend this property and hosts. :-) Chris, Karen and family

We had a wonderful short vacation in this charming cottage in Favignana. Located in a quiet part of the island, yet close to Cala Pozzo within walking distance, where we witnessed breathtaking sunsets and a bright sky never seen before. Also nearby are a couple of restaurants and bars where you can eat and spend pleasant evenings. The villa made us feel at home, with all the necessary comforts. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Miriam is such a great host we loved to stay in her beautiful apartment and hope to be able to come back when it’s a bit warmer. She was very nice to us, she gave me some lemons from her tree. We loved the bathroom and the coffee thank you so much again and see you!

We spent 15 days at Betty and Angelo's and we sincerely had a comfortable stay. The apartment is exactly as described and matches the photos. Very spacious, comfortable, well arranged, tastefully decorated and super well equipped. We didn't want for anything! Very warm welcome and filled with welcome gifts. We felt right at home. Our hosts live next to the apartment and are very discreet. They always responded positively to all our requests despite their very busy schedule!!! And to top it off, they are extremely kind and our comfort was their priority. The neighborhood is very quiet, we always found room to park nearby. The town of Partanna is just as good as big cities, we found all the shops and lovely and available people. Value for money +++, in short you can rent "Casa Betty" without a second thought!!!

Wonderful little apartment, had everything we wanted, 2 mins from the sea. Very clean and well equipped. Nataliya was very lovely and helpful, offering a lift from the ferry port - and then to the station in the morning, for a very reasonable fee. Station and port were both quite close, walkable if you are energetic. It’s a small low-key town , very quiet in April, but our host recommended a very nice nearby restaurant. We only stayed 1 night, it made a great stop between the Malta ferry and our train to Modica. Thank you Natalyia for a warm welcome and lovely stay!

A comfortable apartment with a great marina view! Just like the photos. Couches a little small for us as big people. Well equipped kitchen, all rooms have the same great view, and bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom. Good location walkable to all the sights and grocery store near by. Sofia was very responsive to any questions we had.

Fantastic getaway in Solarino. Well placed for day trips to anywhere in Sicily. Great host. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Plenty of amenities. Couldn’t ask for more.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Rosario is a very kind and attentive host — everything was super clear and well-organized. The apartment is incredibly cozy; I honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s beautifully designed, recently renovated, and very comfortable. Everything you might need is there — full kitchenware, a washer-dryer, even small touches like laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. High-quality linens and towels, too. The location is right in the center, but still very quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back again!
