Family-friendly vacation rentals in Noto

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Large and comfortable place, very clean. Very convenient to all neighboring beaches. Close to downtown and parking under the house is always available. I highly recommend it to all guests.

Beautiful accommodation. The sea views are breathtaking, the back terrace is well-suited for barbecuing. There's even a pizza oven, but we didn't use it. The pool is small but well suited for cooling off and massage. The house was super clean and Chiara is very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to come back.

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

A beautiful villa in a great location and Francesco was really helpful and accommodating. Just be wary of the stairs if you have young children!

Excellent place to stay. Sebastiano was excellent host, reacting very quickly on any question. Beautiful small beach Very close, apartment very comfortable and well equiped. Very good position to explore south east “corner” of Sicily.

We had such a lovely family holiday! Visit was perfect in size/location and amenities! We visited the beach at Sampieri most days for a coffee and Modica Marina was lovely. The town of Scicli is beautiful with many restaurants to try local cuisine. We had a chef come to the villa one evening which was AMAZING all organised by Oriana! We visited Noto and Modica! Both worth a visit! Kids loved the hot tub and even though we went in April we had a few days where we swam in the pool too. Villa was great for the kids as garden all flat and easy to navigate with little legs. All the bedrooms has en suites too which is ideal for groups. We used the bbq most evenings and even had an extra wood delivery which came straight away. Communication was great and always very helpful! Highly recommend this villa and the area!

This is a fantastic location to see all that southern Sicily has to offer. We loved the house along with it's beautiful surroundings. Our host was on site and extremely responsive to our needs. Very helpful with local recommendations and we loved the fresh fruit and vegetables offered to us as guests grown right on the premises; a very nice benefit to staying with Gioacchino! We will visit again:)

Beautiful setting, very comfortable accommodation and garden, caring hosts!

This is a convenient flat with loads of great restaurants etc nearby. We recommend a great local bar/restaurant Il Quarto steak house. Proper local bar, full all the time when most other restaurants empty, wide selection of great food, proper bar staff, etc. Parking was Ok. Easy walk to the archeological park which was fantastic. Only issue we faced was that the spiral staircase to the bedroom is hard to negotiate with a large suitcase and you have to do a steep up and down staircase to access the front door - it was not too much of a problem for us as we are fit but it might be hard for some people

We were happy to stay at Lorenzo's place. The place is really peaceful, quiet and restful. You can stroll quietly, choose the best place to settle in for an aperitif, having the pleasure of tasting the very good wine and sausage produced and offered by the owners. The house is also 15 minutes away from Comiso airport. Our only regret is that the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool which is a real invitation to swim! This is a very nice place that I would recommend!

we had a great welcome. the place is heavenly, never hot, the pool is beautiful, the outdoor spaces spacious and well maintained. We were a group of 19 people and there really was a way for everyone to relax in peace and tranquility, starting with the kids who wanted to swim up to the adults who wanted to rest. Everyone had the opportunity to do what they preferred without disturbing others. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. The host was really thoughtful. He pampered us throughout the week. He was able to give precise directions on the surrounding places and more. We really enjoyed ourselves

Lovely clean apartment in the historical centre of beautiful Noto. A roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine and relax and two comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen and dining area also perfect. TV's in the bedrooms, not the lounge area. Noto is a great base location to visit the surrounding area. Will definitely be back, I would recommend this apartment and Giuseppe is a good host!

The apartment is located in the heart of the old city, a short distance from the main cathedral square, in a great location. The room was comfortable and clean, very artistic and tasteful. The landlord is also very welcoming and responds promptly with all kinds of help and useful information. Hope to stay here again if we could back to Syracuse .

We stayed 4 night in April and had the best time ever. Adele met us when we arrived and showed us around, the location is very quiet and Adele was very helpful with tips and responded quickly to all questions we had. We loved to cook, all basics were already there. The pool was ice-cold (just filled) , but worth the short morning swim, followed by a coffee in the sun. We will be back !

What an amazing week we have had staying with our friends in this beautiful place. Corrado and Spielo the dog could not have welcomed us more. Corrado gave us plenty of great recommendations and answered any question we had very quickly. The setting and gardens are incredible and we were very grateful of being able to use the lemons growing in the garden. It was so peaceful and the sunrises are definitely worth getting up early for. The pool was amazing and it was netted daily through the stay which was a nice touch. Corrado left us a lovely welcome package of local bits and dropped in some delicious local canoli during the week. We were all very sad to leave!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

We had a great week at this lovely place near Noto. The apartment is as on the pictures: spacious, cozy and with a great terrace to eat and relax. We particularly liked the quiet, idyllic and eponymous garden full of citrus trees as well as the optimal parking situation directly on site. The location is ideal only 10 minutes by car to the center of Noto, close to Syracuse, beautiful beaches and good restaurants. Only small criticism: Despite warm days, the pool was unfortunately closed and the loungers can only be used later and previous visitors scratched the Teflon pans, so we were reluctant to use them. But there was also a solution for that - the team is highly professional. Overall clear recommendation!

Very good stay spent with the family at Corrado's whose welcome and good advice was much appreciated! The accommodation is very functional and includes a beautiful swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden which makes it very pleasant after visits... It is also very well located, close to the main points of interest in the south east of Sicily . Recommended address without hesitation!

Wow! What a truly magnificent stay!! The villa looked incredible in the photos...but it's even more special in real life! The villa was much bigger than we expected and it felt like living in a palace, with beautiful local and family touches. The gardens and the pool were beautiful...my brave daughters even tried it in winter which was a bit chilly, but i imagine amazing in the summer. We made friends with Shakira the horse and the kittens. Antonio was really helpful with the local recommendations and fantastic communication and gave us a warm welcome and orientation to the villa. For fans of Montalbano, we recommend a drive down to Punta Secca to see his house, or Scicli for the police station. The trattoria gattopardo at the castello donofugata nearby was excellent and we loved the pizza at That's a moro in Ragula Ibla. A week went so quickly... we'd have happily stayed longer! Grazie!!

Great apartment and facilities. Good to find somewhere with WiFi and air con that worked. It’s a great set up for families. We met another family while we stayed, and the children had a great time together. A really good location, quiet and not too far from the beaches and local towns. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and the children had a great time making friends with their cat.

Together with our 3 year old child, we spent a total of 10 days at Andrea’s house. We felt very comfortable in the apartment the entire time. Andrea welcomed us very nicely when we arrived and showed us everything. Kindly enough, water, coffee, milk, etc. were ready for us upon arrival. The apartment and the garden were clean and well-kept and the pool was always a nice cool down for us. When our child got sick, Andrea supported us a lot and even organized a doctor's appointment with his pediatrician. Thank you very much! But we also always got a quick and helpful answer to questions and tips. Aranelle is a tranquil place with beautiful beaches and a good starting point for excursions to Noto, Syrakusa, nature reserves and other beaches in the southeast. A car is always recommendable, especially since you are further away from interesting shopping opportunities.

We stayed with two families for four nights in Stefano's beautiful house and felt completely comfortable: the spacious outdoor area, the pool, the equipment - everything worked for us and the children. We will come back...
