My family and I had a wonderful stay and are already discussing our return. Julie was the best host, very quick to respond. Also very flexible with check out which was helpful having so many little ones. Lovely house, clean, beautiful surroundings. Kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub and games room. Just a great way to spend a weekend away with family. Highly recommend

Lovely stay in beautiful cottage, wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great time at Rachel's. We loved the location, minutes away from the coast and very close to the town centre with it's many restaurants and cafés. The accommodation was ideal for us, had character and lots of space. We really appreciated the quiet neighbourhood and were also able to walk to the North Norfolk Railway. We love to come back in Spring and explore more.

What a lovely stay we’ve had at T&Ts! Everything from start to finish was great with fantastic communication from the host. The space is fab, especially downstairs and incredibly quirky which we loved. Kitchen is small but pristine, however there is a large dining area at the front of the house - we were able to fit our extended family around it easily (10 people!) Lounge was comfortable and there was another seating area towards the back of the house. Washing machine available on request - so ideal for longer stays. The bedrooms were cosy with lots of storage for clothes and we were able to fit a travel cot for our 10 month old into the main bedroom easily. Our girls shared the double bed comfortably. Bathroom was fab, lovely rainfall shower and a good bath for the kids. As a family of five downstairs space is important and our children had room to play - the board games were a winner for them too! All in all we loved it and would happily stay again - thank you!

Lou could not have been more helpful in terms of making this booking happen. There was a hiccup, but she managed it clearly and promptly, and it was all sorted well in advance. She's a great communicator, and the house itself is a gem. We basically spent a week staring at the sea in awe, walking down to it, bobbing up and down in it, sitting at the bottom of the garden watching it, eating dinner looking at it, and hearing it lull us to sleep at night. If you like a sea view this is one of the best places for it I've ever been. We did eat out, once, but otherwise made every other meal at the house because the kitchen is well-equipped for large-scale cooking. My wife said it was one of her top ten holidays ever, and I can only endorse that. We had a blast.

The views… wow they are incredible! From numerous perspectives in the property, from the sofa, from the dining table, whilst cooking some food on the AGA, or whilst having a cup of tea in bed! The place is amazing! Oh I forgot the views from the roof terrace. The location is perfect for a stroll to the beach, a cafe or to the pub. Pick your favourite, there’s a few to choose from. Wells next the sea is the perfect retreat, whatever the weather and freeholders is the place to experience it.

We had a lovely stay at Emma's place in Southwold. The house was well designed and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with tableware and utensils, we only cooked breakfast but there was everything you would need to cook should you wish to. Great location with just a short walk down a lane to the beach which was great with our dog. Free on street parking we always could park outside.

I have stayed at Ben's B&B in the village of North Elmham before. I keep returning for more. The accommodation is beautifully styled and much thought goes into the details to make the stay of guests more enjoyable. One of many highlights for me is the wonderful breakfasts prepared by Heather, Helen and Ben. I highly recommend this Norfolk gem.

A quirky beautifully decorated apartment. Spotlessly clean and thoughtful touches such as milk in the fridge. Host was brilliant and reached out when we arrived. The flat had lots of recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do. Was easily walkable to the city and very convenient to have a parking space. It really was a home from home. Would happily recommend and hope to stay again. An absolute gem. Thank you for having us!

This cosy apartment in Koolunga House was the perfect home-from-home for 5-weeks during a local work placement. The location was ideal, far enough away from the business of Great Yarmouth, but close to local shops, food spots and a walk along the river to Gorleston's lovely sandy beach and cliffs - great for coffee and dog spotting! The house has endless character and the balcony was a dreamy escape - both during the day overlooking the lush garden and dragonflies, and in the evenings for spotting stars and fireworks in the distance. The owners and house manager were a message away and really helpful. I would absolutely stay at Koolunga House again if I’m ever back in the area.✨

A perfect stay for 3 or 4 people, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we could have wanted. Moments from the seafront and a short walk into the centre of town. What more could we want?

Lovely place. Bang in the middle of town and walking distance to the coast/beach. Host left us fresh milk in the fridge and example of the little gestures that make the stay great. Would recommend.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Sarah’s place, it was very cosy and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location very close to the high street with beautiful independent shops and great cafes. It is a short walk to the beach hut, which was a lovely haven on a windy December day. Sarah was great from the start with excellent clear instructions and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hoveller. The location is excellent, the house is clean, the beds are comfortable and it is very well equipped. We loved having the Christmas tree lit up when we arrived - very festive! We have stayed in a lot of places in Sheringham over the years and this is one of our favourites. We will definitely return

Great accommodation that was perfect for what we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the town was only a few minutes drive. Paul and Debs were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do during our stay. The accommodation was clean. The roads outside were quiet at night. The kitchen was as advertised and they included some food and refreshments which was lovely. A brilliant location with friendly hosts made for an excellent weekend.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

My second visit to this beautiful apartment. Its so central and everything is spotlessly clean the attention to detail is fantastic Tea coffee biscuits milk all provided. Toiletries and every possible utensil and crockery you could want. cleaning products and teatowels , towels and bedlinen. Leza is so helpful. recommending extra parking spaces nearby and places to go. I won't hesitate to book here again and would recommend to anyone. 😀

Beautiful surroundings and we loved eating our breakfast outside by the stream. We didn’t use the sauna as we only stayed one night but maybe next time. Really comfy bed and bedroom and bathroom were super warm. Powerful hot double shower. Enjoyed playing a few games of scrabble when we first arrived, a wonderful little stay x

We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect; just a short walk from the centre of Cromer and the beach. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and Fran was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Quality, well proportioned, private accommodation. The kitchen space is well kitted out, including the all important nespresso machine! With a comfortable lounge area, and a separate bedroom. Central to everything in Well’s, with the added bonus of a gated parking space by the accommodation. Nicky was a brilliant host and answered questions quickly. Especially when navigating a local power cut across the village and Storm Bert. We would definitely book again, and recommend for anyone visiting Wells. Thank you for great hosting.

Cozy, comfy accommodation, great shower, everything we needed in the kitchen although we didn’t cook much, loads of excellent bars, restaurants and cafés. Close to all amenities. Emma was a wonderful, accessible host x

Went for a party but pleasantly surprised, I know the area around Long Stratton very well but found the whole stay relaxing and very pleasant Annetta is a superb host and was there when needed for a cooker indecent The Hot Tub was great and the horses etc very friendly and we used the treats supplied There is no microwave so found making our morning fruit and porridge with a milky coffee for 2 on an Induction cooker a trial of time when a microwave is a lot quicker but can be done of course, we never used the washer & dryer but they are there. I used the Shower my husband the Bath all washing creams , jels etc there for use There is some breakfast produce available and eggs plentiful and very fresh and I’m sure if there was something you need ed just ask before arrival and it would be there if possible.
