A wonderful place, clean, well equipped, friendly, and located in a great neighborhood. We will return the next time we go to Chicago!

Visually unique environment. I like the eclectic design. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Very quiet. I never felt like I needed to call Linda for anything. She was thorough with instructions via messages and signs left around the Inn. I appreciated that the continental food items were available throughout the day. Nice to grab coffee or and a snack when I needed it. Would definitely book again!

Rick’s place was great. Everything matched the photos. Location was great. Easy access to transportation if needed. Concierge was very helpful and friendly as well. Would stay here over and over again

This place was perfect for a week in Chicago with family! The space was as described, beautiful and sparkling clean, and communication with the host/staff was quick and easy. Having a 24-hour concierge and sundries for sale in the lobby was fantastic for any questions or snack/drink needs. And the Andersonville neighborhood is such a fun place to explore, with lots of great restaurants and shops!

Linda was so very accomodating, and very responsive and also was very clear on the instructions on how to arrive to her place!

The hotel was lovely. Peaceful and quiet. The free breakfast was great, included hot food like eggs and sausage, a waffle maker, fruits, yogurt, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that it took about 20 minutes to get checked in. The clerk couldn’t find my reservation, and after awhile of trying, she contacted her manager who worked some sort of magic then was able to find me. The clerk was not super pleasant about it and acted like it was my fault, and did not apologize for the trouble and how long it took.

The location is amazing! Extremely walkable to the lake & the river. So many places to eat & shop nearby. This room is a Superior king room, which isn’t noted in the listing, so look it up on their website; where you may even get a better rate and choose the type of room you’d prefer. It is quite small @337sq ft, even for just 2 people, but a nice room nonetheless. There is no dresser, just a closet with 2 smaller drawers, which worked ok for us. Full size lighted mirror, a shower & soaking tub (!!!) The pillows were all down feather or like.They did have water stations on 3 of the floors to fill your bottles, a great feature. The rooftop bar had delicious tapas and craft cocktails and a beautiful view of the city and lake. Paid $386 a night at the end of August & Labor Day wknd. The staff were extremely friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! Would def stay again, but would book through Viceroy directly and get a lake view room that is larger.

This place was amazing and it was super clean inside the view in the back was amazing in the morning and the room is smaller but still has a lot of space , Definitely recommend if your looking for a place to get away definitely come here for a night

Loved the room and hotel!! Not many places to stay so close to the Dunes National Park and this was practically right in the Park! Could bike all through the entire length of the Dune park for miles and miles right from hotel and even a few little trails right there. Our third floor room had an awesome vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan! Room was spacious and very clean. Kids loved the pool and breakfast and exploring around! Just very easy and cozy here! Charming as well.

Exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect, close to everything shops, food, grocery stores, museums, etc. The staff was AMAZING especially the lady that checked us in (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name). She even recommended a couple restaurants both were delicious and another reason in itself to come again (we highly recommend her recommendation Wilma’s BBQ and get the ribs. We are from Texas, but these take the cake). All around great place to stay at. No complaints.

Having booked more than 40 people in this hotel/ air bnb, I highly recommend this place to any local people or travelers that are passing by. The price is unmatchable when compared to other hotels. Great customer service, and front desk staff, clean, friendly, and comfortable stay. Their staff also works 24/7 so don’t even worry if you come too late or early!

I stayed at the Paw Paw Inn for one night during a work trip. The location was great for my work, the price was great for what you get, and the accomodations were clean, quiet, and private. I look forward to staying here again next time I'm in the area. The host was communicative, the listing was just as advertised, and the directions were clear and concise. I'd highly reccommend this place for anyone looking in the area for one or multiple nights.

Staying with Lona was a great experience. Felt bad it was only one night because it was such a beautiful home and great peaceful location. Lona was so helpful and offered recommendations for everything local and was beyond friendly upon arrival. Will be staying there again when I’m in town.
