Cabin vacation rentals in Northwest Indiana

Exceeded all of my expectations. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Location - Easy to find. Remote and quiet, but not far from amenities in Delphi. Getting to a cabin can sometimes be an adventure, but this one was easy to find and all roads were paved right up to the driveway. The cabin - Super clean and everything that we needed was available. Streaming services provided, an Alexa device for music, billiards, ping pong, a fire ring with wood provided, covered outdoor sitting spaces (it rained a lot during our visit), a grill, and every single kitchen implement that we needed during our stay all added up to a relaxing visit. The pictures make it look great, but they almost don't do it justice. Very nice place. The host - Mary Ann was very proactive. She anticipated most of our needs and provided everything we needed for our stay. Very responsive when we reached out prior to the trip with questions. The little gift box of local treats was the cherry on top.

Exactly as advertised. The campground is nice and quiet. The cabin was small, perfect for me as i stayed a week for work and didnt need much room. Very clean and had what i needed. Would definitely stay again if im working in the area.

Cute log cabin, a bit rustic, but it added to the charm. Portia was very responsive to questions & helpful.

Jesse's cabin was very quiet and peaceful. Everything is exactly like the pictures, the kitchen is well stocked, also the bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable, the windows have blackout curtains which allowed us to sleep in late every day... The working station and WiFi were also great. Beautiful surroundings and a short drive to local stores and services. A full disclosure: there's a train line somewhere nearby in the area but we practically couldn't hear it from inside the cabin. Never bothered us and it didn't wake anybody up. We just noticed it when walking outside and one train happened to pass by during the day. Overall a great experience, the cabin is very relaxing and perfect for a relaxing getaway, and Jesse is very responsive and attentive. We are planning to come back when time permits.

We enjoyed the cabin! It was so authentic and very cozy and comfortable! We enjoyed conversations with Sarah and the duck and chickens were such a delight to have around. They are very calm and kind animals. The kids loved the swing set she offered for them to play on her other property that is right next door! We loved fishing and using the fire pit! Sarah was also renovating her outside and we offered to give her a hand! We listened to music and raked leaves and put mulch in for her flowers! We loved the interaction! We loved the living room as it was super warm and cozy for the kiddos! The place was very desirable in location and accolade for a family with two adults and infant and 3 toddlers. The cabin was decorated with her families hunting stories and memories of her husband which was sentimental and very honorable. If you like to be outdoors and have the whole country hunting experience and live relaxed - this is place is for you! This was amazing and we would love to book again

We were very thankful for a quiet and clean place to lay our heads during our trip. It met our needs.

The cabin was perfect for a couple looking to escape to Lake Michigan. Set back in the trees a bit, it really does feel secluded. The large windows throughout the home mean we almost never had to use lights until it was really dark out. Easy walking access to the beach. Short drives can take you up to New Buffalo or down to Michigan City. Only thing to be careful about driving is to look out for wild life. Deer like to eat right next to the roads and can startle as your car approaches. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Jen’s guide book and recommendations were 100% spot on.

This is a very cozy cabin by a beautiful lake, featuring panoramic windows and lots of interesting interior details. The location is very convenient yet secluded from other houses. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is that there are no doors. Just something to keep in mind when making your reservation. Thank you, Ryan!

such a lovely stay! not far from my home but wanted a secluded, quiet getaway and that’s exactly what I got. I assume the other homes will be occupied in the summer but I was the only one in the community, it seemed, during my 4 day stay and it was so quiet and serene. definitely will consider going back again when the weather is nicer! clean home, had everything I needed. would recommend 🤍

Great spot, close enough to more touristy areas for activities, public beaches and restaurants, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Our family of four had more than enough space and we really enjoyed the place. The property’s pool was great, and the private beach was really nice as well. Dena was always responsive whenever we had questions. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

My wife and I rented this cabin for our anniversary weekend. Absolutely loved the privacy and setting in the woods! Dave/Karyn paid attention to the little details that made our stay extra special. Plenty of wood and supplies for the fire pit, Alexa speaker, plenty of towels and linens, YoutubeTV. They also delivered flowers to the cabin that I sent to their home. There are tons of things to do in the area. 15 minutes from Lake Michigan. This property is a great value!

Wow! Beautiful, secluded cabin with plenty of space inside and outside! Very clean and we were very well accommodated! Loved how we were surrounded by nature. Can't wait to go back and visit/stay at Donna's cabin in the future! Thank you!

Great little cabin with a cute theme. It had lots of amenities, which were appreciated. It was very clean and we felt at home while staying at the cabin.

We had a wonderful retreat at Michiana. The house was impeccable. Better than the photos, in fact. It is clear that the space was curated with intention and love. A lot of spaces look beautiful in photos but end up being not very comfortable and functional. This place was beautiful *and* comfortable. Be sure to check out their website. It had a lot of great information and was cool to see the before/after and story of the house. Sandra was great - very responsive and super nice. This is probably the best AirBnB place we've stayed in. We will definitely be back at some point, especially when thinking about a day trip to Chicago. This place would be great for that.
