Crowfootbank Farmhouse 2 Doubles &Twin 6+children

The farmhouse has lovely views and cosy comfortable rooms, excellent cooking and a warm welcome awaits you. We have 2 double rooms and a twin bedroom plus a further double sofabed. Please note that this last room uses the guest sitting room so is only available for family groups of 6-8. Situated in the beautiful Scottish Borders & Northumberland , close to the coast and RiverTweed and Berwick-upon-Tweed's rail station . We also have 2 cots and baby equipment. Castles, coast, Cheviot Hills !

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Quiet bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower in award winning designer home, 7 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am.

Have a relaxed stay in our well loved family home, in Berwick-upon-Tweed. King size room, and a single room with room for extra Z bed (small adult), lounge (open fire) & bathroom. In a peaceful location yet near railway station & short walk to town centre. Simple, uncooked breakfast included. "Granny charging" for EV available for a small fee. Both Newcastle & Edinburgh are under an hour by train. Secure storage for bikes, we are on National Cycle Route 1. Would suit couples & families.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Squirrels, red kites, jays and many other birds can be seen here.

Self contained Pied a Terre in Leafy Jesmond

This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 10 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. I have off road parking you can use and easy access to motorways both north and south.

Margaret's place was a delightful respite from the rain whilst walking Isaac's Tea Trail! It is so cozy and comfortable with incredible views. We were impressed with Margaret's art and she kindly dried our wet clothes on the Aga and left us delicious goodies for breakfast. We also had a fantastic dinner at the Elks head. Thanks again Margaret!

What a fantastic B&B - Michael was really helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable, the sunken bath and shower amazing! I really liked having a small outside area. Good quality bath/shower products, towels etc. What I was most impressed with though was the style of the rooms - so much thought had gone into it, really great attention to detail and everything was pristine. Great choice of breakfast - eg locally sourced and good quality, perfectly cooked. Lots of hyperbole in this review, but we were very impressed!

This is the second time we stopped here and Mark and his father were so lovely, helpful, friendly and so attentive. The rooms are lovely, clean and airy with excellent views and breakfast was perfect. We intend to make this guest house a yearly tradition and we definitely recommend it to anyone...Mick and Sheila.

Central location, easy to find and access. Clean modern decent size room and en-suite with tea coffee. One of the other guests had parked over our space and Andrew moved his own car for us, but it wasn’t required in the end. Good value, top location in Seahouses, thank you!

The bed was very comfortable with soft bedding and big towels. The room had lots of options for tea and coffee, fresh water and biscuits. The view to the fields was just lovely. Shower had good pressure and the bathroom was big, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very fresh. Allison was great at communicating and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for more, would highly recommend.

We had a fab stay. A very comfortable, well laid out room in a separate building. Great to have parking. Ponteland was a lovely town with great pubs/restaurants and a perfect location for a walk round Northumberlandia and a pit stop to break a journey further South or North. Could easily have stayed longer.

Dilston Mill is in a really picturesque location and the photos don't do the setting and sunning riverside gardens justice. Susan is a very attentive, caring host and will do all she can to make you as comfortable as possible. I forgot to read the air BnB emails and didn't realise that we had to stipulate if we wanted to use the twin and double (2 friends not up for sharing). It is no problem but you need to let Susan know and it is an extra £6 pn which doesn't seem to log via the booking site. Susan takes your cooked breakfast order on arrival so if there is anything in particular you would like let her know in advance. The suite has a private entrance and a sunny kitchen which also has space to sit and read etc. Don't expect a modern, boutique interior - the suite is kitted out with household furniture that befits a building of this age - it is not salubrious but comfortable, homely and in a stunning location. Great walks, very close to corbridge and an amazing riverside location to enjoy.
