Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Northern California

Very warm and cozy room. Felt really comfortable staying here. Location was perfect and convenient right along Avenue of the Giants in the Redwoods. Wonderful host !

This is a cozy perfect place to wake up surrounded by the Giants (Redwoods) we adore so much! The beds are comfy, cuddly and warm allowing for a restful sleep; much appreciated after a 5 hour night time drive in a torrential rain storm. Aaaah!

Madrona's hotel is very cozy and in a serene location. In Phillipsville, the population is only about 120! Her and her husband were nice and happy to share details about the area with my daughter and I, including places to eat and hike and shops near by. Thank you, we will be returning!

This property is an exemplar of form follows function! You’ll find everything that you may need and more here. Gorgeous views, check. Amenities, amenities, and amenities, check! Food, wine, and local grown produce, check! ;) Our plan was to spend time at Sequoia, but the roads were closed of due to a winter storm, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it meant we could spend more time relaxing at the water’s edge enjoying the sunset, making pizza by fire right outside our door in our own slice of Paradise!

Tiny hotel perfect for a weekend stay or a night stay.

We (3 cyclists) had arrived rather late, and were accommodated very well; the decor of the room and the amenities were excellent and homely, and it was a very pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend this place

Great little spot for a getaway. Quiet and safe. The space was a bit small but had everything we needed. Laundry was a plus. The picnic area outside the room was lovely. Would stay again. The host was very kind and welcoming.

Great room in a cute little town. Privacy was a challenge because we could hear the people next door like they were in our room.

Third time staying here, and it’s always convenient and as described. Both hosts are very communicative and accommodating!! Will be back!

My partner and I had a wonderful one-night stay at Cherie's cozy cabin in the heart of Rio Nido. It's perfectly situated, just a quick 4-5 minute drive to the charming town of Guerneville. We loved the spacious and incredibly comfortable bed, and the hot tub was a definite highlight – we enjoyed it both morning and night! We were also greeted by two adorable and friendly black kittens who became our little companions while we relaxed in the hot tub. It truly made our experience even more special. A small suggestion for future guests: it might be helpful to ensure the windows are closed prior to arrival, as it was a little chilly when we first got there. We also experienced a minor hiccup with the door keypad, which took a few tries to unlock. However, these were minor inconveniences, and overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay and would happily return!
