We cannot save enough good things about Lisa's place- we didn't want to leave. The place had the best location! Described as 28 steps to the beach, it really is that! I was looking for a beachfront property, and this was just that. The beach was also easy to get to, unlike some of the other listings. The home was very clean and comfortable- it had a lot of high tech items, like the Lululemon exercise mirror, the table that is a high/low, standing or sitting, the sleep number beds, the restroom mirrors/shower. Lots of items were included to ensure an amazing stay-- binoculars for whale watching, sand toys on the patio, and aquarium passes. So very thoughtful! Lisa was very responsive, and I really appreciate the later checkout upon request. I wasn't feeling well that last full day and was really grateful. We were also lucky that we got to be here when the heated pools were available! My absolute favorite part was the views and proximity to the beach!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. The beach cottage was a live, close up view of a bird’s paradise. We saw heron, snowy plovers, cranes, turkey vultures, crows, turkeys, and more! The girls loved finding treasures on the shore. The beds were comfortable and the Grandmas Velma loved the bed ‘right on the water.’ We all enjoyed the hot tub with a view! Tom and his crew were so helpful and responsive. They’ve thought of everything and really want to provide their guests with a comfortable experience.

Laid back living in this seaside home! Views are just stunning from the living room and lower floor. Seaside deck wraps the entire west end with access to beach just steps away. The real attraction of the home! Rainy days did not keep us from exploring tides and boulders every day. Community was quiet and i enjoyed running multiple times. Kitchen was well stocked and the family cooked multiple times. Crescent City boast multiple restaurants to choose from and we tried many of the recommendations in the guide book. Easy access to the natural wonders of the Redwood forests, with the amenities of a seaside town. A fantastic family vacation!

We loved this house so much. It was a bit of splurge for us, but worth every penny. The view from the living room is extraordinary. One of our favorite parts of the whole trip (which included incredible redwood and beach adventures) was just hanging out in the living room, talking and taking in the view while the kids played foozball. The hot tub was also excellent - clean, hot, and had great jets - and we loved the fireplace during the rainy days. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, and more. Lastly, the beds and pillows were fantastic! I am a very picky sleeper, and I slept like a rock. We loved everything about our stay and already wish we were back! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Breathtaking White Water Views at Seascape Resort

This place has easily become one of our favorites!!! My husband and I wanted a low key babymoon with our daughter. We chose Janiece's place. It was absolutely perfect. Easy to get to Monterey and Carmel where we wanted to explore. But we also wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle and this place checked all of those boxes. It was a quick and beautiful walk to the beach, which was never crowded. And my daughter LOVED the pool. We did not want to leave. It was clean and easy to get to and Janiece was a very attentive host. Will definitely visit again when we can.
