Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Northern California

Tammy’s place is a wonderful home to stay at while visiting the area. It is comfortable and clean with plenty of room for several people. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The backyard is very inviting and the hot tub is a nice perk. Tammy provided clear instructions and was responsive. Highly recommend!

Karin's place has a beautiful view, nice hot tub and outdoor shower area to use, and is a well stocked kitchen with everything you'd possibly need. We appreciated the location being between Carmel and Big Sur which allowed us to explore in both directions. My only complaint is that it is a very expensive stay - we paid $680/night for a shared space with owners on the same property and the many reminders about taking out the trash, not overusing electricity, and no shoes in the house. We are always respectful and treat everyone's place as we would our own - but felt like for the price point of what we paid, we shouldn't be asked to take the trash out, etc. Feels like for that price-point these things should all be included so we can relax without feeling like we needed to be mindful of every little detail. Again, great place, but it was definitely a big splurge for us!

Absolutely perfect accommodations for our 7 person girls book club weekend ! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Everything was just as described except the kitchen, which absolutely EXCEEDED expectations. Lots of appliances (toaster, multiple coffee machines, waffle maker etc), spices, utensils, and counter space. We made every meal at the house! 3 separate outdoor spaces, the beds were very comfortable, and the electronics were and added bonus. A truly stunning home that offers just as much comfortability as it has in aesthetics. Renters should note it is very close to neighbors and the interstate but that didn’t affect our stay in the slightest. The ladies were already talking about booking it again before we even left!!

Our Thanksgiving by the Kern was a dream, A perfect place for our little family team. Quail danced in the yard, deer roamed at night, And the river’s song brought pure delight. Ty’s kindness made check-in a breeze, A home filled with love, so easy to please. The setup was perfect for a father of three, A 9, 5, and 3-year-old, happy as can be. The backyard was magic, the views serene, Nature’s beauty, like a living scene. Laughter and memories, joy in the air, A trip to remember, beyond compare. We had a truly wonderful stay at this home! It was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for a group. The house had everything we needed and more. The backyard, hot tub, and kids’ play area were definite highlights and really elevated the experience for both the adults and little ones in our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, the beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like the extra towels and open layout that worked great for our toddler. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the gorgeous Redding spring weather. Angie and her team were incredibly responsive, proactive, and helpful throughout our stay — she made everything smooth and stress-free. Parking was easy, the location was convenient, and the whole experience felt like a home away from home. We’d absolutely love to stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our ski week at Doug's house - most of all, it was very homely and the house was absolutely stacked with supplies for cooking, pantry items, and the game room was a great addition for kids. We truly felt welcome in their home and felt like their guests. Thank you for that! Good location - it's a bit further away from South Lake Tahoe, but very convenient to get up to Sierra for skiing. Grocery store and a couple of restaurants very close by. Nice snow covered yard for the kids to play in. We didn't use the hot tub.

This is a fantastic property and was the perfect location for our family to enjoy both the beautiful wine country and local restaurants. The property was well stocked, clean and beautifully decorated. When done exploring for the day, there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together or find a quiet space to unwind.

everything was super nice, only thing was the charger didnt work which was very bummed out, but overall house is super spacious and nice, plenty of room for family and friends! mason was helpful & communicative!

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were responsive and wonderfully communicative. The house is beautifully maintained and everything we expected and way more. The AC was on for us, making unpacking much more pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding so soft. The living room was perfect for lounging with our group. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the BBQ was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a weekend with your nearest and dearest.

Sneha was a terrific host. We had questions and a few needs at checkin that were answered promptly and effectively.

Had an amazing stay at Gina’s house for a girls retreat weekend. The house is amazing with really good vibes! Kitchen was fantastic for cooking group meals and overall could not have asked for a better place!

Frank was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. Penngrove is such a quaint town. Franks place feels like a treehouse! So beautiful inside and out.

The location for a multi family long weekend was perfect! We all had our own indoor space and the outdoor living area was amazing! The home was very inviting and worked well for our group of 8 adults.

MAN, where do I begin? This Airbnb was by far the best one my wife & I have ever booked. Very prompt. Very responsive. Very professional. Very cozy. Everything was perfect. The cabin is beautiful inside & out with a TON of amenities included by the hosts. Honestly, these hosts went so far out of their way to not only provide a place to stay, but an amazing experience in itself. It rained one of the two nights we stayed & was a bit chilly, but their wonderful heater indoors & private hot tub +fireplace outdoors makes it no problem (both were set to a heated setting upon checking in WOW!) We were able to do laundry after going on hikes nearby & using their hot tubs due to them providing in unit washer/dryer! (So convenient) The private location lets you disconnect from the fast pace world near Los Angeles (where we reside) while also having extremely fast WiFi. Will be booking in the near future, but staying longer! Thanks Shane & Laurie!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

This spot was perfect for our little family of three. Half way between Yosemite's South Gate and the surprisingly well-equipped town of Oakhurst, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would book this place again. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive when asked a question or two during the visit. The wood-burning stove and the hot tub were a bonus for tired legs after long hikes, and a cozy atmosphere and opportunity to warm up during nightly movies while relaxing. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a non-hotel option that's very private and slightly off the beaten path.

It was a much needed get away, but not far from home. Erin is a great host and always responded quickly to any questions. The area is beautiful, with plenty to do nearby, but the stay at the cabin to relax and take everything in was just what I was looking for.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay nestled away in a very peaceful location. Everything was as described and listed. Excellent communication from Jade, too. We truly enjoyed ourselves during this getaway – loved the hot-tub, grill, and backyard. Will definitely be back!

We’ve spent 6 days in this place and enjoyed every moment.. i didn’t figure out that it’s a smoking/dogs allowed place. I usually do not book such house but this was really clean and very light smell of smoking in some areas. Other than that, it’s a couple minutes to beautiful hikes and hot-springs just 6 minutes. Really loved the area and weather. Neighborhood is also lovely.

This cabin was exactly what we needed! Felt remote, but super close to amenities and recreation. Different zones in the cabin for those who wanted play and those who wanted rest. Hot tub was perfect, fireplace warmed up the space, and the views! Definitely want to come back!

Even better than the images shown. Beautiful, spacious yet cosy cabin! A contemporary yet homely design. Everything was spotless and immaculate. Very thoughtful folder with all the information you could need regarding the cabin and surrounding areas. Great recommendations for places to eat (Bees bakery cafe was my favourite). The hot tub was the cherry on the cake for our short stay, and would definitely recommend, and would book again in the future!
