Condo vacation rentals in North Padre Island

Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

We are 2 couples that vacation every October in Port A. Having stayed in many Port A rentals (and previously owned a rental in Port A) Sean's condo is the perfect location, very spacious, nice updated kitchen (although lacking any food storage bowls) and super clean. I will say, the secondary bath rooms do need to be updated. (Don't know about the primary bath, we stayed in the second bedroom). The shower head in the hall bath is super low, my husband is just under 6 feet tall and the water hit him at chest level. Handheld would work better. Toilets are older/low and didn't flush completely...every single time. The 3rd bath toilet is in a very crowded space and the toilet paper holder kept falling down. The couches were not very comfortable, but I get it...it's a rental and furniture takes a beating. The hallway outside the door is super dark and extremely hard to see to unlock the door when we would come back at night. That's not Sean's fault, that's on the builder...

Joseph was a great host. He was very responsive and proactive with instructions. The place is easy to find and a great beautiful location. The place is easy to get into and a great layout. Everything was clean, no bugs which is my biggest concern!, and matched the description and pictures. Tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. We cooked two meals a day and it worked out well. Very comfortable couch and bed. The pool outside the door wasn’t heated but the one by the clubhouse was and it was great to use. The only thing “lacking” was a full length mirror. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

We felt right at home from the moment we entered this cute hideaway. Everything was as stated and the host even added useful details from kitchen staples to beach hats and a wagon to haul items to the beach for the day. Not only was it family friendly but pet friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and PURRRFECT for our weekend get away! Everything was within 20 minutes of the house. Samantha was a very responsive host definitely would stay again!

Our 2 days in Evan's place was absolutely wonderful. We loved the condo. Everything was clean and fresh. The place had every amenity you could ask for! Large screen TV in the living room and TVs in all 3 bedrooms. The shower in the master bathroom was awesome! We had a canal waterfront view out the front door. Evan was very quick to respond during the whole booking and visiting time. We will definitely be booking again when we head back to Corpus.

This place was perfect for my very last minute booking to get away by the beach with my cat! I was so glad the hosts responded quickly to confirm their pet policy, and I felt very safe and comfortable even though I was solo. I also loved that it was a quick walk to the beach and had a nice pool and hot tub. Super relaxing!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th anniversary. The views from both the upstairs and downstairs were stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for our getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. We loved the beach-themed decor—it added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Fishing off the back deck was a highlight of our stay, and the pool offered a lovely view of the bay. If you have a boat this is a great place to stay. The beach was just car ride away, and the $12 yearly beach pass was a great deal, allowing us to drive onto the beach for a few days. The location was convenient, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Communication with Gayle was top notch. We can see why this beach home has so many positive reviews. It's a gem! The community was welcoming, and parking was a breeze. The homes across the bay are beautiful and watching all the boats in the bay was so enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, we will be back..

Excellent Airbnb for a crowd! We had plenty of space, not only in the bedrooms, but in the living areas - would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place. He is a great host. #206 has a stunning view , rare for this ever growing area. It was quiet, peaceful and just what we wanted. The birding was great. A shout out to Rocky. He was informative and friendly. His concern for our satisfaction was genuine. A return visit to this great place will be something to look forward to.

This place is awesome if you're going to the beach. It's like a two-minute drive to Whitecap. There are a bunch of food options and convenience stores nearby. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for us as we were halfway to both areas we wanted to fish in (Port A and PINS) and we wanted to waste no time. The place was clean, smelled fresh and had everything you needed plus nice extras like bottled water, coffee, toiletries, laundry soap and towels to use at the pool. Everything was well organized and clear instruction on everything. The place was nicely decorated without being too much, and it felt like home! We are excited to plan another trip and stay at Tom and Belinda's as place again!

Great place to stay for a long weekend at the beach! Kids loved the bunk beds and playing at the pool.

Ken and Liz are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and helpful. The place is so crisp and clean and they had everything we could possibly need to be comfortable, to cook, to keep our laundry clean all the way to haveing chairs and towels and a wagon for the beach! I can't imagine anything they could add to make it better. It is perfect! The villa and the courtyard are very safe. The property is well maintained. The outside seating and cooking was above and beyond. We LOVED every second of our trip. Thank you so much for having us and we will definitely return again and again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Condominiums. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and the beds were very comfortable! The ladies in the office were friendly and made us feel right at home.

Terrilyn's condo was great and clean! May father in law stayed and it was perfect for him!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend staying here! The queen bed was comfortable, and my 5 & 6 year old loved the bunk beds. We loved being right on the beach, and we were happy to find sand toys & chairs in the closet. Everything was clean and as pictured. Milton & his wife were very responsive to my questions, and staying here felt like home. We would love to return!
