Condo vacation rentals in North Padre Island

Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

We are 2 couples that vacation every October in Port A. Having stayed in many Port A rentals (and previously owned a rental in Port A) Sean's condo is the perfect location, very spacious, nice updated kitchen (although lacking any food storage bowls) and super clean. I will say, the secondary bath rooms do need to be updated. (Don't know about the primary bath, we stayed in the second bedroom). The shower head in the hall bath is super low, my husband is just under 6 feet tall and the water hit him at chest level. Handheld would work better. Toilets are older/low and didn't flush completely...every single time. The 3rd bath toilet is in a very crowded space and the toilet paper holder kept falling down. The couches were not very comfortable, but I get it...it's a rental and furniture takes a beating. The hallway outside the door is super dark and extremely hard to see to unlock the door when we would come back at night. That's not Sean's fault, that's on the builder...

Joseph’s place was clan and tidy. Out of the hustle and bustle of town in a quiet area. Felt more private and relaxed. The place was perfect for our family with small kiddos and we were able to enjoy the heated pool even in 50° weather. Definitely recommend.

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

Bobbi was an excellent communicator from the very start. Especially with my last minute reservation for New Year’s Eve! I was grateful to stay in their rental with my dog for his first time experiencing the beach!

Loved staying here and will definitely return. The pool was awesome and the home was comfortable. Really enjoyed it!! Laura was amazing and was quick to respond when we had a question.

Was a perfect getaway for a walk on the beach, a soak in the hot tub and clean and nice retreat for sleeping.

This was an excellent place to stay. Plenty of room, towels were soft and amazing. The location is perfectly centered, the neighborhood is quiet. Parking is very accessible. Don’t hesitate.

Evans place is just as described. Evan worked with us getting an earlier check in time.The place was spotless upon checking in. Checking in with the lockbox by the door was extremely simple. One of the rooms doesnt have a lock which wasnt a problem at all; my guests and I respect each others privacy. The ceiling fan closest to the front door we could not figure how to turn on but it wasnt an issue. The only issue we ran into was the trash can outside designated to us was full upon arrival but that was not Evan's fault. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Whitecap Beach, it was a very short drive to there. All in all, the condo was clean and like pictured and we would gladly stay again!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful waterfront property. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water from the back window. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

Micole was a wonderful host and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at her lovely condo! The place was pet-friendly and our fur-baby had a blast as well! Micole is obviously a dog/animal-lover, and it was so nice to see all the extra touches to make sure our pup was taken care of as well. The place was very clean, and had all the necessities of a long wknd stay. Directions were clear and Micole was super communicative, always ready to help and answer any questions. We would definitely come stay here again next time we're back!

Originally we booked another one of Scott’s properties but due to ongoing maintenance at are original booked property we had to change last minute. But with the switch Scott gave us ample heads up and the new place was mostly comparable. Scott always promptly replied to our questions and we recommend this property if you’re looking for a great Port A place to stay. We went with 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room and visibility to the pool. Kids had a blast in the heated pool in January. Also having private beach access was a major bonus too!!

Wonderful accommodations and a beautiful property. My family had a lot of fun and want to make it a yearly trip.

Excellent location for what we needed.Host was great with response time easy access to location clean and comfortable beds. Will definitely be staying again when we are back in Corpus.

My wife liked the art work on the walls and how the condo was decorated. The other residents in the condos were all very friendly. The area around the condos was well maintained and very clean. Overall wished we had booked the condo for a longer stay.

This a great spot with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We’d stay here again!

We had a great time , the place was clean and had a few extras we were thankful for .. extra beach chairs little starter packages it was great!!

Ken and Liz are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and helpful. The place is so crisp and clean and they had everything we could possibly need to be comfortable, to cook, to keep our laundry clean all the way to haveing chairs and towels and a wagon for the beach! I can't imagine anything they could add to make it better. It is perfect! The villa and the courtyard are very safe. The property is well maintained. The outside seating and cooking was above and beyond. We LOVED every second of our trip. Thank you so much for having us and we will definitely return again and again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Condominiums. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and the beds were very comfortable! The ladies in the office were friendly and made us feel right at home.

Terrilyn's condo was great and clean! May father in law stayed and it was perfect for him!
