Cottage vacation rentals in North Naples

This cottage is located in a beautiful and quiet community. It is very close to lots a great restaurants, shopping and fun things to do. Our favorite restaurants were Crisp & Green and Oar & Iron - both 5 minutes drive. We even saw couple of deer walking in our backyard one morning. Cottage is super clean, comfortable and has lots of windows. Highly recommend.

Lianna's attention to detail is very nice and appreciated. I have really enjoyed living here with all of the wonderful amenities. Neighbors rock and sunsets are unforgettable! Thank you so very much.

This was our first time in Naples and we had an incredible time at Livs place. Location is great- near tons of stores and restaurants, and a quick 5 minute drive to the beach. The house was perfect for our family and the backyard is gorgeous. Liv was incredibly responsive throughout the stay. We’re already planning our trip back!

Super happy with Victor's hospedsje, it made us feel at home , the beach is 7 minutes from there and it is very good , the house and all its perfect facilities, we would definitely go back to that place , thank you Victor

While we did not come here for the tourist attractions per se, we were very close to the beach, Maggie was extremely helpful and considerate to our needs. Positives: The place was very clean and well furnished. There was sleeping quarters for more people than just us. Comfortable beds and privacy accordingly. Maggie was accomodating to our and our pet needs. There was plenty of cooking utensils, pots & pans, silverware, etc. There was parking, all outside, for at least four vehicles. A totally enclosed private backyard. We were unfortunate enough to be there during Hurricane Helene, Maggie was quivk to check up on us to make sure we were safe and that any damage was respinded to immediately. Negatives: We lost food we brought because the refrigerator died unexpectedly. Maggie was quick to replace the dead one very qui kly. She even refunded part of our rental fee to make up to us for our trouble and lost food. The lack of grass in the backyard.

Spacious, clean, nice kitchen to cook if you desire. Ben reached out to give me entrance instructions and allowed me to check in a little early which was much appreciated after traveling. Good value.

We came here to escape Hurricane Milton. The house had everything we needed, held up perfectly against VERY strong winds and NEVER lost power. Alina was so responsive & gracious- she made our evacuation pleasant & easy.

We stayed at Julia’s place while in Estero visiting my elderly mother who was in a nearby rehab center. We asked to extend our stay and Julia was very helpful! We loved the location, privacy, the clean and well furnished little house and we really enjoyed meeting and talking with Julia and visiting with her sweet dog, too! We would definitely stay at Julia’s place in the future!

Great stay! We enjoyed being in a quiet spot of Bonita with access to Ft Myers and Naples. Housing is great and amenities are accurate and relatively affordable (for spring break time period). I recommend drive your car to the beach access points early and then enjoying a nice walk back to the condo and covering to your car later. Was perfect for us and beats the public beach parking price of $40. We loved our stay!

Quaint little cottage in the heart of old Naples! Very short walk to the beach and to many top restaurants nearby. Location could not be better! The place was a little dusty given the construction across the street, which began at 7am. Eileen and Paul were incredibly nice and welcoming! The cottage is full of beautiful artwork painted by the hosts. The place is old and so are the amenities, but it just adds to the charm.

Joy was a delightful host and we loved her cute little cottage! She was super responsive to a couple concerns we raised and eager to provide a great stay. The cottage was a cozy retreat in which she takes great pride, and she has created a beautiful and relaxing tropical oasis around the outdoor patio. We’d be delighted to stay there again in the future.

We loved this little oasis. Our toddler had a blast digging in the sand and playing with the provided toys. Michael and Lorna were both kind and welcoming and we enjoyed dipping our toes in the pool (even though it wasn't swimming weather when we visited).

My family spent Christmas at Kari's this year, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Her home was beautiful and clean, and it was decorated for the holidays, which was an amazing addition. It was perfect for my family of 6 people and 4 dogs. There is a beautiful fenced-in yard, which provided a great backdrop for my engagement! Would love to stay here again!

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

My first Airbnb experience and guess what. A great one! I did not expect the place to be as advertized and pictured, but it was! A comfy, beautiful small house with everything a couple needs for a vacation in SWF. Guess I donˋt have copy Evonns list, but everything is there as promised. So 5 stars for Evonns cabin. Bonita Spring is an awesome area with wonderfull beaches, two of those could be easily reached by bike (Binota and Barefoot). Shopping and dining is not far away either, there are actually 3 bars in walking distance. Yeah, I know only Europeans will be interested doin that. );-). Last but not least: Evonn is a great host, who was always good to reach, kind and really helpful. Even if we‘re German we really did not find anything to complain about. 5 out of 5, we will gladly return. :-)
