Vacation rentals with beach access in North Naples

We had a lovely stay at Jonathan’s place! We appreciated all the details and efforts to make our family feel welcome! The unit was very well appointed and equipped with everything you can think of. Jonathan was incredibly responsive and very thorough in his communications. 🤩

The stay was great. The place was conveniently located not too far from the beach. We were originally booked to stay in one of the lower units but it had some water damage from Helene. She was quick to offer an alternative option in one of the upper units. We are ready to book our next stay.

Wonderful property, exactly as pictured. Great access to beach which was very private we were only ones there. The pool was a wonderful addition, very private and peaceful location and setting all around. The property even had all streaming apps available for you to use.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about the house. Dan was very responsive when we had any questions. It was fully equipped with everything that we needed, even for the beach. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the door between the units as it made it easy for us to go back and forth with the other couple staying with us. Everything was clean and it was such a close walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the mosquitos when sitting outside by the pool and bar. None of which is their problem, it’s Florida and nature. But def recommend bringing bug spray and maybe some citronella candles. Overall, everything was great and we truly had a great time!

Really enjoyed the view of the beach. Close to everything near the beach including shopping,restaurants and entertainment. Management was excellent and very accommodating. Planning to book again for next January for a couple of weeks Keith and Sherry

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Amazing!! This is the second time my family and I have stayed here this time with our dogs. We love the location, the pool was nice and warm, the yard is screened in and the street is so peaceful. The place is spacious and fits our large family comfortably. It’s near Publix and many restaurants. This trip was very special as it was the first time our elderly dog ever experienced the Beach or a vacation, she’s a big dog and usually isn’t allowed to stay in most places but Brad was amazing!! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!!

Very cute house. We were thankful to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys at the house so we didn’t have to bring ours on the plane or go and buy new. The area is definitely starting to look nice post hurricane. The bikes were great too! Our kids loved having something to do while we were at the house.

Endless Summer is one of 3 units on a lot. It’s the one at the back with a private yard, BBQ, chairs and tables, she’s with beach equipment and bicycles. It made our trip to Vanderbilt beach so easy. There’s beach towels, laundry facilities, a great kitchen, you can feel right at home. Lots of privacy, really warm and comfortable place, and Neno is super communicative and flexible. We loved our Naples trip and where we stayed was a huge part of it.

Our week-long stay at Andrew’s Airbnb was wonderful. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Andrew was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had, making our experience even better. The extra house on the property was a great bonus, providing extra space and privacy. The neighbor was nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Having the washer and dryer for clothes was very nice if you were staying long to do any laundry. Whether you're coming with family or just as a couple, I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful, enjoyable vacation. Would definitely stay again!

The house was just as described. Extremely spacious and comfortable for our needs. It was easy to locate with lots of stores and restaurants minutes away. There was a slight issue at the beginning of our stay and David was quick to respond and very proactive and helpful! The rest of our stay was perfect!

the condo was excellent. Kari was very responsive with answering any questions we had. condo was very clean. location was great. close enough to everything we wanted to do.

Even with it being under construction our room was clean and put together. We had a little trouble locating it but I called and the host answered quickly and was very helpful. I was so surprised by all the things provided in the room such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, air mattress, extra blankets. Honestly the construction was kind of a plus for us because it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves lol. The locals were so helpful we ran into with things to do and places to go. Very easy access to the beach as well!

Elizabeth’s condo was nicely updated. It had a two-sided view of the ocean from the 7th floor. The beach was the complex’s backyard, literally 100 Ft from the building. Ample lounge chair seating. The pool was very warmly heated, especially for the winter time. I have lived in and stayed at all the big cities in FL, but this was my first time in Fort Meyers. I really enjoyed the subtropical winter climate and felt the people in this part of FL were nicer than other areas. I will be returning to Fort Meyers and will hope to stay at Elizabeth’s condo again.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this condo in Bonita Springs. We were there for Christmas with our 3 year old son and had great weather and a comfortable stay. She provided a pack n play for our son to sleep in which was extremely helpful. Susan communicated very well and was helpful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious and had parking. The beach toys were much appreciated. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Autumn's place was a 10 - it was even better than the pictures! It's 3 minute walk to the beach and has lovely lania to drink coffee and watch the sunsets. The sofas in the living room were 4 recliners - those were a huge hit! Lots of beach stuff provided in the storage locker - chairs, umbrella, cart, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Pauline’s Airbnb. There is an amazing restaurant on the premises and the pool is fantastic! The condo itself was comfy, we loved the bed and couch! Don’t have enough good things to say about this place! Definitely 5 stars!

Brilliant stay. Apartment exactly as envisaged. Great host, super clean, black out curtains were great, and super quiet! We were visiting aging parents that recently moved in to Bentley Village, and perfect location for that. Also special mention for Mel’s diner, which is a 5 minute walk away. Definitely stay again when we next visit parents.
