Vacation rentals with beach access in North Naples

This was a great spot for family visiting Naples! Location is very central to 5th Ave, the mall etc. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed at Jonathan’s condo when coming for a wedding at the Ritz. It was so convenient to the venue and beach (5 min walk). The beds are comfortable, the condo is spacious (perfect for 3 adults and one toddler), and it is equipped with everything you could need for your stay - including beach chairs/toys, games, etc. We also loved the pool. Jon is extremely responsive and very kind!

The stay was great. The place was conveniently located not too far from the beach. We were originally booked to stay in one of the lower units but it had some water damage from Helene. She was quick to offer an alternative option in one of the upper units. We are ready to book our next stay.

Wonderful property, exactly as pictured. Great access to beach which was very private we were only ones there. The pool was a wonderful addition, very private and peaceful location and setting all around. The property even had all streaming apps available for you to use.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about the house. Dan was very responsive when we had any questions. It was fully equipped with everything that we needed, even for the beach. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the door between the units as it made it easy for us to go back and forth with the other couple staying with us. Everything was clean and it was such a close walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the mosquitos when sitting outside by the pool and bar. None of which is their problem, it’s Florida and nature. But def recommend bringing bug spray and maybe some citronella candles. Overall, everything was great and we truly had a great time!

Just gotta include the only downer is the rehab noise & dust (outside only) otherwise we were very impressed & comfortable, much better than any hotel. Sarah really takes good care of the place and provides everything including thoughtful little things like extra batteries or wine bottle opener, gallon of water in fridge, spices, scissors etc. Clean comfortable beds, clean modern tile baths. The apartment is open and roomy with 10 ft ceilings & lots of TV options like Netflix etc. Best part is the Publix grocery next door and across the parking lot is a cool, bay front bar with casual food and there is fine dining above, where we dined all 7 nights straight. Beautiful large beach just across street. It's the kind of place you know is cared for and you want to leave it better than you found it for the next beach bums. Thank you Sarah!

Kim’ studio was the perfect beach getaway for my me and my daughter. I would definitely recommend and return in a heartbeat. Kim and her husband were there when we arrived and were so pleasant and helpful. The studio is directly across the street from the most beautiful beach! Dolphins and shells galore. Inside the studio was super clean and had everything we needed. Having access to beach equipment (chairs/umbrellas) was an added bonus.

Great location and holiday house for our family of 5 right near the beach. Plenty of room and comfortable. Pool was a hit for our kids! Would recommend to other travelers.

Spacious, classy, newly renovated home! They had every single thing a vacationer would need. Boogie boards, laundry soap, pool towels, cozy couch, and host was excellent with communication. I would HIGHLY recommend booking here! You won’t be disappointed 🌊🌴☀️

We needed a place to stay at the last minute, we found Brads place, and he was extremely helpful with the process.

We really enjoyed our time at the beach house. It was the perfect amount of space for our family (three kids, two adults, one dog) and had everything we needed for trips to the nearby beach. I had brought along beach toys and towels but didn’t end up using them as Mike’s place had everything we needed (towels, umbrellas, chairs, wheeled cooler, wagon, sand toys, etc). The location was great, we were able to easily walk to the beach and drive to Publix and into Fort Myers. The kitchen had every appliance we needed, and more! We hope to stay again soon!

Had a great family vacation here. Very close to the beach. Kids loved the hot tub. Lesley was quick to respond to any questions.

Cool host place was great

The house was just as described. Extremely spacious and comfortable for our needs. It was easy to locate with lots of stores and restaurants minutes away. There was a slight issue at the beginning of our stay and David was quick to respond and very proactive and helpful! The rest of our stay was perfect!

While the area is still recovering from the hurricanes, you can’t beat the view and areas. Plenty to do in close proximity. An easy ride over to Sanibel/Captiva. The condo provided a wonderful place to relax, the beach was not busy and the pool is spacious and clean. The only issue was the hall bathroom for bedrooms two and three was left dirty. There was hair in the shower drain as well as on the shower wall. The sink and toilet were also both dirty. We cleaned the bathroom and moved on with the week; did not stop us from enjoying our time.

Even with it being under construction our room was clean and put together. We had a little trouble locating it but I called and the host answered quickly and was very helpful. I was so surprised by all the things provided in the room such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, air mattress, extra blankets. Honestly the construction was kind of a plus for us because it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves lol. The locals were so helpful we ran into with things to do and places to go. Very easy access to the beach as well!

The condo is a well appointed unit right on the beach front. It has a nice size balcony fully screened in. If considering this location, you might want to know the Pink Shell Resort is next door and from balcony, you can hear their pool music which starts about 10 AM and goes into the evening. Also, there are 2 beach vendors who operate their tractors daily when they set up their operations, one a wave runner outfit and the other a kayak/parasailing place so you hear tractors a lot. The unit we rented did not have any beach chairs available, only the ones on the pool deck, just something you might want to know if you plan to use ones from the unit. Everything was very clean, having the in-unit washer/dryer was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Our biggest objection was the Pink Shell Resort next door (noise) and the beach vendors. Pool area is between buildings and easily becomes a "wind tunnel" situation, even blowing deck loungers around

Excellent location, short walk to the beach, incredible view from the balcony. Family friendly environment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Josh’s place. It was very clean, had everything and more that we needed and the pool was great. We would love to return next time we are in Naples 😊

This condo was very comfortable, well equipped, beautiful grounds. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and she sent us information on restaurants, things to see, etc. Very enjoyable week!
