Monthly Rentals in North Decatur

We loved staying here. The neighborhood is stately and beautiful. This remodeled space is spotless and perfectly appointed. The cookies and juice provided were a nice extra touch. Hoping to stay again when we visit Emory again.

My daughter stayed at Jen's place for her final semester at Spelman College. She loved having her own studio and found Jenn and Matt to be completely proactive and responsive. They even hosted her upstairs in their home during a really bad storm. I am very grateful my daughter had a safe place and wonderful host the last four months. This is perfect place for a student who can not commit to a full-year lease.

The home was exactly as it was described and in a nice, quiet area a 30 minute walk to the Marta to get into the city. In particular, the kitchen was very well stocked which is important to us since we cook often. Finally, when we found the rental did not have any toilet paper, they had it shipped to us within the hour so they were incredibly responsive.

We've stayed at a number of different Airbnbs and I can easily say that this one is one of my all time favorites. My family felt comfortable and safe. The home was in a great location to meet our needs. The home is quite spacious and is decorated beautifully! The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and very spacious. I will definitely consider staying here again when I am in the area.
