Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in North Caicos

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

Had an excellent stay at the Poco Villa, Micheal is a great host, makes sure someone is there to greet you, and shows you around the property, unit had all the basic necessities, the patio is really nice for enjoying a drink after a long day at the beach. The best part for my wife and I was their very friendly cat, Tica, who would always greet us in the morning and when coming back from the beach, Tica also loves treats so make sure to bring her some. Definitely will stay here again when traveling to Turks and Caicos.

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. The family was extremely kind, responsive, helpful and proactive to any issues that arose. Wilbert even came all the way to the airport so I could follow him to the Airbnb - as a solo traveler attempting to drive on the opposite side of the road - I really appreciated this! The whole property had a clean, calm, relaxing, restful aura about it and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. On the final day, Christine even invited me to have lunch with them. I sadly had to decline due to airport/travel logistics, but I was and still am so touched by the gesture. Highly recommend! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Great host! The unit was nicer than the pictures. Great value, they had beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella for us. Elesia was responsive and always friendly and helpful. Hope to be back soon!

We’ve been staying in airbnbs for 12 years and this is one of the best. Although the interior is beautiful, clean, modern and well equipped, what really makes it stand out is the outdoor space. A large infinity pool overlooking the sea has sun all day, and is surrounded by a huge double-decker patio with lots of available shade, gorgeous Caribbean views and plenty of comfy, cushioned seating. The sunsets were so beautiful that on several nights we decided to stay in to watch the sun go down, and eat dinner under the stars. Great neighbourhood filled with seaside villas and 2 of the best beaches on the island (Sapadilla Bay and Taylor Bay).

Loved Jason’s place… he helped me out so much with the 1,000 questions I had. Love the fresh flowers and beach equipment available for use. Any issues I had Jason was very attentive to assist. I’d book again…

I can't say enough positive things about this AirBnB experience! The location is amazing - right near our favorite beach of the whole trip, really private and peaceful, but also not too far from all the restaurants (you definitely need a car though - not walkable). The room itself was beautiful and had everything we needed, and the best part was the private balcony overlooking the trees and the pool. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear which was SO nice to have! Judy and Gabriel were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. When we come back to Turks we will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at Jeffrey's place. He is super friendly and helpful. Very responsive, too! Looking forward to coming back again, and staying at the home next door which we toured for a larger group. Thank you for everything! Until we meet again!

Dawnett place was amazing. Beautiful view of Chalk Sound, very close to Sapodilla and Taylor beach, easy driving distance to other attractions on the island. Her place was clean, had enough towels and beach towels. She was kind enough to stock lot of water for the stay. We all had a wonderful time. Dawnett is very responsive and responds very quickly to any request (including private chef, restaurants or other asks). As no one was coming she extended check out time for us and we were able to get our boat tour done which moved because of high wind on Sun. Thanks Dawnett!

Coco dreams was a beautiful home. It had everything we were looking for. Super close to the beach and several amazing restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Although I didn’t get to physically meet her when she came in to assist us with our flight check ins. She was awesome, very responsive and if you’re celebrating a birthday she leaves a gift for you! I enjoyed my time here at her lovely home.

Amazing and private villa that we absolutely loved! We stayed for 10 days but we were at a different villa in Leeward on the canal for 30 days before moving. I wish we would have stayed at this place the entire time as it just felt like vacation- quiet and peaceful! Loved how well stocked this place was compared to other places we have stayed as it had everything needed and loved the welcome basket of snacks and coffee! Also, so happy to have the water machine with so much stocked water that we filled only on our last day at the water place by the wine cellar for $2 per 5 gallons! My only advice would be a checkout email before the final day with anything required to do. When I messaged they said just take out the garbage which was so nice not to worry about a list of cleaning tasks to do on the way out. 10/10 would recommend! Loved the location! We didn't really go to long bay much, but close drive to Grace Bay and all the shops and grocery store. Thanks for a wonderful time!

The house was beautiful and in a great location given proximity to Taylor Beach - which we discovered was the nicest beach in Providenciales! The kitchen / living room area was very spacious. We loved to have access to a washer and dryer. He provided some beach chairs and towels which truly elevated our daily beach outings. The pool was gorgeous. And Will was a fantastic communicator with all our questions. We would love to stay at this house again if we return to the island.

We cannot believe we found Peter’s place! We actually cancelled the booking we already had for this place. The fact that it comes with a rental car is so clutch. Peter was extremely communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed his place - way bigger than we thought it would be too! Highly recommend.

Our stay was awesome! Beautiful view, comfy bed and walk to the beach in 10 mins, so quiet and beautiful water. Restaurant choices close by. Short taxi for groceries or trip to busier Grace Bay. Recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Turks!

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful place and location. We weren’t in the room much because we were attending a wedding at The Palms that included an extensive itinerary for the weekend but this location is great. A 12 minute walk to plenty of shops and a coffee shop and restaurants. There was a binder in the room with plenty of recommendations and I would absolutely stay here again. My only caveat was that the pool was FREEZING. It felt like a polar plunge, haha. But being able to walk right out of the back of the place to the pool was awesome. Great atmosphere. We didn’t use the outdoor grilling area because it was occupied the two nights we wanted to utilize it but that’s not worth taking off any stars! Host & property manager were very responsive and were available to let us in the place right on time when we were arriving from the airport. Fantastic stay. Thank you, Jennifer & Drexwell!

We had the most incredible stay at Nancy's condo. It is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! The Yacht Club is just stunning and the condo's location to the pool can't be beat. The condo itself is extremely comfortable and CLEAN! It felt like we were the first guests who had ever stayed there. The decor is very chic and tasteful, the bathrooms were beautiful, the beds were luxurious and the view of the marina just can't be beat. The Yacht Club is gated and requires a code for entry, which adds a nice level of security. Free and easy parking is also a plus. We felt the location was great to drive around to different beaches and explore the island! Nancy sent some wonderful local recommendations and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this place for families!

Good central location to be able to drive to various beaches across the island. A few restaurants / food truck / sports bar within walkable distance. Realistically need car to drive to beaches with gear for the day. Nice to have beach chairs with small umbrellas to have available for sunny days. Kitchen is very small as shown in pictures but with large fridge it was very doable to make breakfasts & lunches with supplies brought from home.

Wow! I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even coolers, floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, all the little things to make our trip more enjoyable. The location is AMAZING. Just steps to a beautiful pool, hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The beach was so quiet and private. There were chairs and cabanas to use, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and a basket of sand toys. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food, otherwise it’s about a 15 minute drive to any other restaurants or stores. The condo is walking distance to the National park. I think we had the only kids at the resort, but everyone was welcoming and friendly to kids. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet relaxing trip with a basically private beach.

Second time staying at Yonette’s beautiful ocean view condo overlooking Turtle Cove. The views of Grace Bay are spectacular, the contrasts of the colors of the water on the bay are stunning! We went to 4 great restaurants in the area; each one has its own flair and food and drinks were delicious! Beach access is close by with beach chairs and great high quality beach towels provided, and the bath towels were just as luxurious, not your normal hotel towel! Queen Angel is very quiet, coffee on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise over Grace Bay and then enjoy the setting sun from the front porch before heading out to dinner! Love this place and the effort Yonette makes to create a home away from home. Property Manager Melicia was responsive, and helpful but we really didn’t any help because everything was perfect! Hope to be back next year! Thanks Yonette! Love your condo!
