Beach house vacation rentals in Norfolk

The place was lovely and beautifully finished. It had everything you’d need and felt right at home. It’s a 2-3 min walk from the beach but is in a quiet location which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend in Overstrand, two families with 4 children between us comfortably fitted into the very comfortable and well equipped cottage. It's in a peaceful location by the sea - we are very likely to be back! Huge thanks - the Tunnocks teacakes and wine awaiting us were also very much appreciated!

Little Conifer is a spacious spotlessly clean annex to the owners property. It is in a very quiet and private location with a small courtyard garden and ideal if you have pets. It is close to the beach and we walked both to Cromer and Sheringham from our door. The Village Inn pub serves amazing food which is walkable and we also went to the White Horse in East Runton for Sunday Lunch which we would highly recommend. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

This was our second time staying at Jane‘s place freeholder’s in Wells next to Sea. The property is top end and has absolutely everything you need for a lovely stay and the views are absolutely mesmerising . Plenty of hot water, great heating system and a lovely Aga to cook on. Wells is a lovely place with plenty of lovely restaurants and some amazing walks and cycle rides if you’re coming to Well’s and I highly recommend staying at this property you will not be disappointed..

We had a fantastic stay here, the location was perfect for our new years break. The house was just want we were looking for as a group of 14 with 2 dogs. There was a pub, shop & cafe directly across the road which were all very nice. The space downstairs in the house is ideal for a group as you can all socialise together & we even cooked a large roast dinner on New Year’s Day in the kitchen, which worked out really well as the kitchen had everything that we needed & the dining area meant we were all together. The house is just a few minutes away from the beach with some lovely walk’s & fantastic views. We would 100% recommend this house & location. The communication I received before, during & after our stay was also most appreciated & personable with helpful instructions for check in, what not to forget & tips to make our stay the best it could be, Thankyou June!

A lovely charming and well presented holiday home, in a great location. Stones Throw is a great name for this ideally located property ensuring you can make the most of the coastal location during your stay in Sheringham. We spent a lovely Christmas here with family and the well equipped kitchen made cooking Christmas lunch easy, it was like home from home! The closeness of the sea enabled us to do lots of paddling whilst enjoying the local area too. The host Anne, was quick to respond to messages and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I hope to return again one day too!

We had a wonderful time, the house was well-equipped, very spacious, comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. It was easy to access and in a brilliant location, just off the high street and a few steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Margo’s place. The location was perfect & the chalet was pristine. We particularly loved the outdoor pool (which was less than 100m from our front door!) It was so easy to keep the kids entertained with lots to do nearby. We were sad to leave & definitely hope to be back!

Perfect accommodation for the Family. Busy but not rushed. Swimming pool a fantastic bonus. Grandchildren and myself swam every day. Other adults enjoyed the sauna as well. Didn't travel far from our home to get there but had such a brilliant time it could have been anywhere. Dogs loved the garden and beach. Thank you Clair for my perfect weekend away to celebrate an early birthday with my family x

Once again another amazing family holiday at Cliff Cottage. This was our 4th stay in 4 years and we love coming back. The house is in a great location and the pool offers hours of fun for everyone. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return.

The lane on sea view road was very slippery but the host warned us of this. It was lovely and warm on arrival esp as we were in a cold spell we took our dogs with us who were very well behaved having the two fridges was very good as we took most of our food with us the only comment I got from the other guests was it would be helpful to have a hook in the bathroom and in the bedroom to put dressing gowns the kitchen was fully equipped maybe some cocktail classes would be good too would defo stay again

Excellent host, clear instructions and helpful (especially as we have 2 children - so we needed to use the cots, highchair and children's kitchenware). 20min walk to the centre of Cromer. beautiful house, very clean. has all the things you need. And I have to mention the beds! they were super comfortable.

A really lovely stay in Cromer! The house is exactly as advertised, extremely clean, very well furnished and everything of a high standard. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Cromer and the beach. Lovely quiet street with parking in the road. A splendid stay, thank you Lydia!

12 of us friends including children (and dogs) stayed for NYE for 3 nights and it was one of the best holidays ever. The house was perfect, clean, lots of room, everything you needed and fabulous location. Christina our host was lovely. She was always quick at responding to our questions and sent us a house pack before arrival which was so useful and had every info we could have needed. We are already planning our return. Chris is a perfect host, communicating well before our arrival with suggestions of where to go and what to do during our stay. Great place to stay. The house was really well equipped, especially the kitchen and was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. It was only a short walk into Sheringham - a perfect base for our long weekend. Sheringham is a great place to visit with loads of good places to eat and drink and lots to see and do. Chris kindly allowed us to check in early and left us a welcome pack which we really appreciated. We all really enjoyed our stay there.

Hannah was an amazing host. She communicated a flaw in the chalet with us immediately (bedside lamp in main bedroom not working) but it was no issue at all. Arriving there at night it was pitch black, once i had read the drirections again, properly 😚, the chalet was very easy to find. Everything was as described inside, clean and welcoming. The site was so peaceful. We visit Kessingland to see family so we have a great find here. Definitely be recommending to other relatives. Thank you Hannah x

Stayed here for a relaxing getaway with the pooch🐾,the place was spotless and easy to find. Dean was welcoming and extremely accommodating to our change of plans!Would highly recommend you book here as it’s the perfect walking distance from the town, where you can enjoy the peaceful hot tub alone😆Can’t wait to book again!
