Beach house vacation rentals in Norfolk

The place was lovely and beautifully finished. It had everything you’d need and felt right at home. It’s a 2-3 min walk from the beach but is in a quiet location which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in a fab location close to the beach. Everyone was super friendly & our dog loved it. Breakfast at the cliff Top Cafe was good. The cottage is well equipped & the bed was very comfortable. The decor is well thought out. The only down side was heating in the evening which was resolved promptly with the owners. It would have been lovely to have the fire lit, but due to nesting birds this was not possible! The Gunton & Suffield Arms were great pubs for food & atmosphere in the both bars & restaurants. Loved exploring North Norfolk despite hideous weather!

Little Conifer was extremely clean and very well equipped. Comfy bed and an amazing shower. For dog owners the completely enclosed rear garden is ideal. Super accessible parking to the front. Great location for walks on the beach to Sheringham or Cromer. We took advantage of jumping on the train back after a walk as West Runton station is minutes away. Handy village convenience store and the local pub has a great menu and is dog friendly. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. 8 minutes from the beach.

Truly wonderful location, the views are incredible and it is an architectural gem. The people in Wells are friendly, with several nearby coffee shops and tasty restaurants. The beaches are lovely.

We had a fantastic stay here, the location was perfect for our new years break. The house was just want we were looking for as a group of 14 with 2 dogs. There was a pub, shop & cafe directly across the road which were all very nice. The space downstairs in the house is ideal for a group as you can all socialise together & we even cooked a large roast dinner on New Year’s Day in the kitchen, which worked out really well as the kitchen had everything that we needed & the dining area meant we were all together. The house is just a few minutes away from the beach with some lovely walk’s & fantastic views. We would 100% recommend this house & location. The communication I received before, during & after our stay was also most appreciated & personable with helpful instructions for check in, what not to forget & tips to make our stay the best it could be, Thankyou June!

A lovely charming and well presented holiday home, in a great location. Stones Throw is a great name for this ideally located property ensuring you can make the most of the coastal location during your stay in Sheringham. We spent a lovely Christmas here with family and the well equipped kitchen made cooking Christmas lunch easy, it was like home from home! The closeness of the sea enabled us to do lots of paddling whilst enjoying the local area too. The host Anne, was quick to respond to messages and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I hope to return again one day too!

Will definitely return. More spacious than expected and really well appointed. Great location with beach and town really close. Only downside is parking with the parking space at the end of a narrow road and nowhere to really turn round. Not an issue if you have a small car. We parked in an adjacent street as advised by Fiona. Next time we would go by train and order an online shop for delivery when we arrived. Station is close by and there is a regular service to Norwich that stops at cromer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margo’s place. The location was perfect & the chalet was pristine. We particularly loved the outdoor pool (which was less than 100m from our front door!) It was so easy to keep the kids entertained with lots to do nearby. We were sad to leave & definitely hope to be back!

My stay was perfect. Accommodation was spotless. We only stayed one night but it suited our needs perfectly.

Once again another amazing family holiday at Cliff Cottage. This was our 4th stay in 4 years and we love coming back. The house is in a great location and the pool offers hours of fun for everyone. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return.

The house was so lovely and was perfect for our family reunion . The location is outstanding with easy reach of the marsh board walk and beach. We would highly recommend .

This house was perfect for a weekend get away with the girls. We were looking for peaceful and spacious and that’s exactly what we got. We spent the majority of the time at the house, and felt very comfortable and at home. The views were incredible and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Excellent host, clear instructions and helpful (especially as we have 2 children - so we needed to use the cots, highchair and children's kitchenware). 20min walk to the centre of Cromer. beautiful house, very clean. has all the things you need. And I have to mention the beds! they were super comfortable.

12 of us friends including children (and dogs) stayed for NYE for 3 nights and it was one of the best holidays ever. The house was perfect, clean, lots of room, everything you needed and fabulous location. Christina our host was lovely. She was always quick at responding to our questions and sent us a house pack before arrival which was so useful and had every info we could have needed. We are already planning our return. Perfect in every way we wanted a chilled girls weekend away and it was the perfect house for just that. There was plenty of room for us all to have our bedrooms, so much space, lovely kitchen with a big table where we could all eat together. There was everything in the kitchen you could ever need. A cosy lounge with big sofas perfect for just chilling out, It was a 10/10 from us all and we will be returning again, Chris was a great host who made it all so simple to check in and we even managed an early check in and was greeted with a lovely basket of treats. It was a few minutes walk into town so location wise another tick.

Hannah was an amazing host. She communicated a flaw in the chalet with us immediately (bedside lamp in main bedroom not working) but it was no issue at all. Arriving there at night it was pitch black, once i had read the drirections again, properly 😚, the chalet was very easy to find. Everything was as described inside, clean and welcoming. The site was so peaceful. We visit Kessingland to see family so we have a great find here. Definitely be recommending to other relatives. Thank you Hannah x

Myself, my partner and our dog stayed at Deans place and had a lovely time. Really good area in easy distance of everything we needed and easy access to the beach and town by walking or short car ride if preferred! Deans home is lovely, well kept and provided all amenities needed during our stay. We would come back again and would highly recommend to others!
