Monthly Rentals in Norcia

Our 4 day stay at Luca's house were what we were looking for, a very nice house, having all amenities, stove, fireplace, air condition, internet. He prepared some cakes, wine and other breakfast things in advance. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and he was responsive to our requests. The house was spotless clean. It also included a small wine cellar, having wine categorised by region. The area is very peaceful in hilly Silvignano, surrounded by nature. I recommend the place and the Host. Thank you very much Luca and Forza Juve (non Empoli!! :) )

Comfortable, warm and homely place to base ourselves to try out all the wonderful nocinerias and restaurants around town, walkable. Ivana was the sweetest and she found us free parking nearby as some streets are parked out by workers restoring the church and houses. Thanks Ivana for hosting us

The apartment was very clean and functional. We were greeted by Bemedetta's mother in Norcia, who was the most wonderful lady. We had a lovely vibe from this visit.

We had a great time at the property. Elena and her mom were super friendly and immediately made us feel at home. The area is fantastically beautiful and a hike to a waterfall leads directly from the property. Five minutes by car you are in the next town where you can go shopping. We will definitely be back, we enjoyed it very much! 🩷
