"All you need" sums up our stay at Hotel Persimmon Apt. It is not fancy but it is clean and provides all you need. The apartment itself is small but has all you need and more. We found the coziness of the place endearing and with all the amenities you need. The location is close to restaurants and shops but is a stand alone building that creates a sense of space and privacy. Nakayama was incredibly attentive and helpful in allowing us to drop our bags early and even helped us move from one apartment to the other. We loved our stay.

We had a great night at this lovely and cozy little house. Our host was very attentive and caring, welcoming us warmly and taking the time to explain everything. He also helped us discover Kanazawa with valuable tips. His wife is very nice, and their dog Gao is absolutely crunchy! A nice meeting and a great experience. Thank you again! 😊

Nice house in residential area. While there is a train that runs behind the house, it is not too frequent, and stops running around 10pm, meaning no trains overnight. The place was spacious and very clean. It is about 25 minutes walk from the old town attractions. I would stay there again.
