Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Niksic

Quite and comfortable stay in 15 minutes from city center; nice interior, all the amenities, clean, modern design. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Niksic.

We spent three nights at our hosts' place. The apartment is located 5 min walk from a small beach where the locals go. The apartment is very clean, the beds comfortable and the views of the Bay of Kotor! We thank our hosts for their kindness, availability. Thank you for everything! Happy hosting:)

We had great time at Tijana’s place. It has perfect location in very heart of Ljuta. A sun deck with sun beds was just few steps from our apartment. We loved it and enjoyed pristine water and sun. The sun sets late at this location so we enjoyed the sun till late in the day. Tijana is great host, communication with her was super easy. She knows local restaurants and other attractions that she recommended to us. Furthermore, she put reservations in one of the best fish restaurants for us. We could stay only two nights and I wish we could have stayed more. We will visit Tijana’s place again to stay longer 😁

The apartment is perfectly located within a beautiful area of the Kotor bay and the host was very responsive and welcoming.

Lovely apartment in the most beautiful nature! Everything is clean, cozy, comfortable, has everything you need for the kitchen, towels, cable TV if the weather is rainy. The sign from the window is great! Thank you to the hosts for everything!

The flat is very spacious and there is literally everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, fruit squeezer and so on). There is also a quite big balcony with nice mountain view. This place is perfect not only for short stays but also for long ones. You can feel here like home. There is a well-stocked supermarket and chemist’s within spitting distance of the flat (2 min by foot). Nearby there are charming recreation areas where you can meet some sheep ;-) The hosts – Srdjan and Ana - are incredibly friendly people. On the first day of my stay they took me to the viewpoint above Salt lake – it was a perfect beginning of my Montenegrin adventure!

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The accommodation is perfectly located to explore the Durmitor Area. It is beautifully built and very well furnished. It gives you a warm welcome feeling. Bojan is very communicative and did respond fast if we had some questions. Definitely recommend it.

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Frida. All exactly as described; clean and adequately stocked. The apartment upstairs was lovely, with a gorgeous vine covered balcony. It was perfect for meal times out there in late October. Downstairs is another area comprising a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a side room for sleeping a single. I have a suggestion for this space which I shall write to Danijela about. I have already recommended this place to 2 friends. Budva in October is perfect for me as I don’t like the hot sun. The apartment is right inside the old town walls and everything is within 5 minutes. Paying car park not too far. I’d go again. Danijela is an excellent host and responds quickly for any queries on site.

everything was great. the owner showed where you can park on the territory, showed the apartment. it was very clean, the apartment is even better than in the photo. I will definitely come here again!

Such a wonderful place to stay in the center of everything! Clean, comfy, and has the cutest cat friends surrounding the area. The balcony area was wonderful for morning yoga and tea. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment. My only tiny complaint is that there is no tv in the apartment but that’s not a deal breaker!!

I strongly recommend this place as it has everything you need, is quiet, is near all the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, and Jelena is very helpful should you need anything. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Flat has everything that you need! Gets noisy outside sometimes, some heaters that are installed are not working, but there is AC and an electric heater.
