Vacation rentals with a patio in Niksic

Ian is a wonderful host, after a connecting flight that was sleepless and tired all night, he helped us put our luggage home. We went to the beach and rested. He cleaned the house quickly and made us go in early. We realized that we lost our phone chargers, he quickly found a charger and lent it to us. He answered all our questions quickly. The house was well decorated, we loved it, every need was considered in the house. We were very pleased and recommend it. Thank you Ian, we can't wait to come back.

Great flat in immaculate order. Everything worked and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The flat was clean and beautifully presented and we were greeted and welcomed at the door, so huge ‘Thank you’.

We felt like home! Natalia and Aleksei, and everybody else did everything so that our stay was enjoyable. They were always there, literally, for every instance, big and small. My daughter liked it the most: kids and adults to play with, nice facilities, especially the swimming pool, very safe - I was at ease with everybody around! Yet we had our privacy. Just want to say big thank you for the great hospitality! Certainly will go back next time we are in Montenegro! All the best! Special thanks to Aleksei.

Zeljko was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and conveniently located near multiple restaurants, shopping and of course Marina Porto Montenegro. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a modern, secure, well equipped apartment which offers a great blend of privacy and the convenience of close proximity to all area amenities.

Great place, everything looks new, sparkling clean. The pool was amazing, surprisingly large and we had it for ourselves almost all the time. Absolutely loved it. Communication was easy and responsive, friendly staff. Only propsal I have is to add a coffee machine in the room. Other than that - we had a truly perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hosts, wonderful house - all you can ask for if you want a peaceful stay in Podgorica for a few days - also a quick access to the north of the country!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming spot in the heart of the capital, located in a historic alley full of character. The area offers easy access to a beautiful view and a seasonal waterfall in winter, with restaurants just a short walk away. The place was exceptionally clean, with reliable internet and convenient parking available nearby, though not private. I stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the blend of history, comfort, and excellent location. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place which has an amazing view, it’s the perfect choice. The place was clean and tidy. Be aware of stairs when you want to go to the seaside, it needs strong and muscular legs :)

The property is very and practical. The pergola to linger outside was pleasant. Jovan was very helpful and always available. The apartment is ideally located. Amounts of restaurants, bars, shopping as well as various parks and sights are within walking distance. We will book the place 100% again. Thank you Jovan

Overall a perfect stay. I still recommend as someone else said before me, a little support for shampoo and soap, inside the shower cabin, anchored by the tap or the wall or something :)

Nikola did an incredible job with the place. it is big, modern and welcoming. A supermarket is close by and it is a 15mn walk to the restaurant area. I would have stayed longer if I could have!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The view of the mountains from the balcony was simply stunning, and the nearby café offers great coffee. There’s also a good restaurant close by that serves delicious meals. The apartment is close to a beautiful river and a bridge that offers stunning views. Plus, parking is never an issue – there are always plenty of spots available. One more thing I really want to highlight is the cleanliness of the apartment – everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome.
